Pro: Pulizia cura posizione attenzione nell'accoglienza

Contro: Le scale faticose per arrivare all'appartamento. Qualche problema con l'acqua calda (che non ha retto per due docce intere)

Pro: L'appartamento è situato in zona centralissima, vicina a palazzo Caracciolo a pochi passi dal centro storico ma lontano dai rumori per cui si dorme benissimo. È arredato con gusto particolare e curato in ogni dettaglio. Camere molto ampie con una pulizia accuratissima. Nel frigo abbiamo trovato dell'acqua fresca abitudine ormai quasi persa . Armida è una padrona di casa adorabile ed attenta . Per tutto il.soggiorno ci ha scritto per sapere se avevamo bisogno di qualcosa Ti fa sentire coccolato. Infine ottima la prima colazione al bar con dolci buonissimi e cappuccino super Sarà il posto dove ormai soggiorneremo per le prossime visite a Napoli.

Nel cuore di Napoli

Pro: Posizione ottima per visitare il centro storico di Napoli e vicina alla stazione centrale, perfetta per chi come noi viaggia in treno. Appartamento comodo e spazioso, pulitissimo e fornito di tutto. Condominio molto tranquillo e pulito. Camera da letto molto grande con aria condizionata e terrazzino su vicolo caratteristico. Salottino con divano e tv. Cucina con ogni accessorio necessario per cucinare compreso caffè e colazione. Vicino ci sono tutti i servizi utili come farmacia, bar, piccolo market. La host Armida è fantastica e simpatica: ci ha consigliato ristoranti e posti da visitare, sempre molto presente e disponibile. Merita un secondo viaggio.

Pro: Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni in questa bellissima struttura, e' stato tutto estremamente positivo,dalla posizione molto comoda per visitare la città anche a piedi, dalla cura dei dettagli dell' arredamento dell'appartamento praticamente nuovo, e di tutto quello che può servire per un piacevole soggiorno,macchina caffè, biscotti e quant'altro. La proprietaria super gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi informazione. Grazie Armida, si vede proprio che ci metti tutto il tuo cuore.A presto

Pro: Struttura nuova e dotata di ogni comfort (la doccia è eccezionale!) La titolare poi disponibilissima, oltre l'inverosimile, sempre pronta a darti info e consigli su posti da visitare o dove mangiare Posizione ideale Da tornarci!

A very clean and comfortable place to stay in the historic centre of Naples.

Pro: The bed was big and comfortable. It was quiet even though a very busy area. You can sit outside on the small balcony. The owner was super helpful and made us feel welcome.

Loved Naples and loved Armida's place, hopefully we'll be back

Pro: We loved our stay at Armida's place. Her son met us outside the building, took our bags up for us, showed us around, and gave us the keys. The apartment was spacious, clean and we felt well catered for. The location was perfect with Spaccanapoli, Centro Historica and all the transport hubs within walking distance. And Armida, although we didn't meet her, was very attentive with messages asking how we were getting on etc.

Contro: This isn't a gripe, but Naples can be a little noisy through the night. We did our research and came prepared (earplugs). What a great city!!

Pro: Very nice and cozy place. Near the city center, very good location

Contro: no elevator but we love making sport, so no issue for us

Great modern apartment in central location to explore Napoli.

Pro: Location is very central and in the middle of the vibrant old city so easy to access many attractions and restaurants etc on foot and to transport. Apartment is modern and spacious with a great balcony. The host (Armida) is really helpful and responsive if you have questions.

Contro: Breakfast is provided in the package. It was split between 'long-life' brioche and melba toast with spreads etc provided to eat-in for 3 days and then 4 days of coffee and a pastry at Florian cafe round the corner. Both are fine and OK to not have the same for 7 days. I would have preferred to have known this without having to ask. We knew there is no lift, Just to be clear that the apartment is on the 2nd floor with 63 steep steps.

Pro: It was super clean, everything like in the pictures, fully equipped kitchen and main bed was really good. We liked the balcony and the view. Location is good, short walk to the bus station connects you with the city and the neighbourhood is the attraction itself. Really good wifi (if traveling for work).

Contro: Noise. It was unbearable, first night we didn't even sleep in the main bedroom (facing the street), but on the couch in the living room. Airplanes flying above your head, people yelling, motorbikes, non-stop honking from the traffic... There is no elevator in the building and the apartment is on the third floor. The host was sending us messages all the time, even after we checked out, she asked for review 6 times. She did help us with a couple of tips, but come on... If you use earplugs this place is 10/10.
