Pro: La casa è molto accogliente, così come la sig.ra Ornella che ci ha ricevuti, pulita e fornita di biancheria, in posizione strategica per raggiungere anche a piedi le principali attrazioni turistiche di Napoli. Vicino alla fermata Toledo della metropolitana nonché a ristoranti, pizzerie e tutti gli altri servizi compreso il mercato della Pignasecca. Consigliata.

Pro: Ottima posizione nei quartieri spagnoli, da qui si posso raggiungere tutti i punti d'interesse in pochissimo tempo, a due minuti dalla fermata della metro Toledo. Casa in perfette condizioni, pulita e curata. Sign. Ornella super gentile e disponibile, ci ha fornito ottimi consigli sia per il mangiare che per gli spostamenti.

Ottimo soggiorno a Napoli

Pro: Ottima posizione nei quartieri spagnoli ma poco frequentata quindi questo ci ha permesso di riposare la notte ma di arrivare facilmente a tutti i punti di interesse. A due passi dalla metropolitana Toledo. Host gentilissima e disponibile, casa curata e pulita.

Appartamento pulito e grazioso nel cuore di Napoli

Pro: Appartamento dotato di ogni comfort in posizione caratteristica, centrale e comoda per il centro di Napoli. La pulizia dell'appartamento e la gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria ci hanno lasciati pienamente soddisfatti del soggiorno. La proprietaria è stata veramente squisita e attenta a ogni dettaglio. Se dovessimo tornare a Napoli, sceglieremo senza ogni dubbio Maison Palù.

Contro: Nulla, ogni particolare è stato di nostro gradimento.

Pro: The apartment is in an excellent location, very close to Toledo metro station, in a beautiful and picturesque neighborhood of Naples. It was clean, had good Wi-Fi, hot water, and air conditioning. Our host, Ornella, was very kind and welcoming — she offered us plenty of coffee capsules and made sure we had everything we needed. The bathroom was equipped with all the basic amenities and a hairdryer. However, the kitchen is not well equipped, so the apartment is not ideal for guests who plan to cook or spend much time inside. Perhaps a furniture reallocation would allow for more space and connivence. There is also an indoor staircase leading to the main part of the apartment, which can be a bit inconvenient if you have large or heavy luggage. In addition, there is no TV, for mw it was a positive surprise. Overall, it’s a very good choice for visitors who want to stay centrally, comfortably, and cleanly while enjoying Naples with a touch of local charm and hospitality.

Très bon séjour dans un quartier super vivant pour profiter de Naples.

Pro: Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’accueil et la disponibilité de notre hôte ainsi que sa gentillesse. L’appartement est spacieux, le lit est confortable, la salle de bain est très bien aussi. Coté cuisine c’est assez bien équipé également, elle est séparée de la chambre. Il y a du café en capsules, un petit four électrique et la bouilloire pour se débrouiller, ainsi que les plaques pour cuisiner. Les serviettes sont fournis également.

Contro: Pas de lave-vaisselle, pas de sel, poivre et huiles pour cuisiner. Pas de double vitrage donc assez bruyant par moments. Mais aller à Naples et espérer ne pas avoir de bruit c’est dénué de sens.

Amei a estadia, recomendo!

Pro: Gostei do bairro, silêncio para dormir e apartmento muito confortável.

Pro: Super Lage! Sehr nette Gastgeberin, die immer sofort zurück geschrieben hat und sehr unkompliziert war. Wohnung hat alles, was man benötigt.
