Un soggiorno confortevole e accogliente a Napoli
Pro: Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo splendido appartamento a Napoli e non posso che consigliarlo! La posizione è perfetta, a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni e ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici. L’appartamento è spazioso, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. Pulizia impeccabile e un’accoglienza calorosa da parte dell’host, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Un’esperienza eccellente che ripeterei volentieri.

Una casa meravigliosa.
Pro: Se potessi dare 110 e lode lo darei... a partire dalla gentilezza e disponibilita' dello staff. Ottimo sistema di chat immediata che ti permette di comunicare in tempo brevissimi qualsiasi cosa dalla password ad altro. L'appartamento e' meraviglioso e grande.. A 50 metri dalla metropolitana sulla linea gialla centrale che ti porta in 10 minuti nel cuore di Napoli. Un piccolo supermercato a 50 metri per ogni esigenza. Meglio di cosi' non si puo'...

Napoli vicino alla metro e fuori dalla confusione
Pro: Appartamento molto curato, spazioso e molto confortevole.
Contro: Se ci fosse stato il necessario minimo per poter mangiare nella struttura (olio, sale, aceto) avremmo fatto la spesa e mangiato volentieri in casa.

Great apartment, in convenient safe location..
Pro: The location is perfect for exploring Naples. The Metro is a short easy walk away. The apartment had most things you would need for a short break. There is a lift up to the apartment, which was great considering the apartment is on the second floor.
Contro: A little noisy, especially at the weekend but hey, people lived there! We had to put our rubbish/trash in street bins prior to leaving. We were given only one rubbish bag for a 7 day stay.

Excellent apartment, close to station and onsite parking
Pro: Excellent communication and a very comfortable apartment. The train station to take you into the centre was a short walk down the same street. Parking on site and elevator to access the rooms. Beds were very comfortable and the apartment felt clean and new.
Contro: The only thing that would make it better would be a washing machine and coffee machine.

Nice place, not the most convenient neighbourhood, small details to be fixed for improved stay.
Pro: Well-appointed and tastefully decorated spacious apartment. Very clean and the foosball table was a fun diversion.
Contro: We would have preferred to have the tourist tax included in the price so as to not have to pay cash upon arrival. Despite asking for a receipt, I never received one. The apartment was about a 30 minute walk downhill to the centre, which was fine, but we were disappointed to not find much in the neighbourhood in the way of shops, restaurants, cafés, bars. The apartment is nicer than the neighbourhood. The sheets on the beds were not fitted and kept sliding off. It was a little noisy in the bedroom overlooking an inner courtyard due to a barking dog. It was very hot in Naples when we arrived and it would have been nice to find some water waiting for us in the fridge. The wifi code posted in the apartment was not correct, we had to text the person for it. It would have been nice to find a booklet with information about the apartment and neighbourhood printed out and left in the apartment. I mentioned all of these points to the host and was told we were sent a digital info booklet, however for many people (especially of a certain age) it is much easier to navigated a printed copy. No in-person contact with the host - a young man was sent to collect the tourist tax, so it all seemed rather impersonal.
