Pro: Tutto, la proprietaria squisita. Metro vicinissima

Contro: Un po’ piccola da come me l’aspettavo. È tutto in una stanza, tranne il bagno.

Ottimo alloggio tranquillo

Pro: Personale molto accogliente, gentile e disponibile. La stanza è in un ottima posizione, a 2 passi dalla metro, e non affaccia direttamente sulla strada quindi è molto silenziosa. Servizi della casa ben organizzati, il tutto contornato da un arredamento semplice, molto carino e funzionale. Se dovesse capitare ci tornerei più che volentieri.

Pro: An excelent apartment, very clean, in a very nice neighborhood so we felt very safe and also very close to the metro station (3min walk to Linea 1). The appartment is very well equipped, it had everything we needed. The staf was also very friendly and very responsive - whenever we had a question, they answered in a few minutes. 10/10 would recommend:))

Pro: My stay was overall very comfortable. The host was kind and accommodating, even allowing me to check in early. Giulio met me at the location, handed me the keys, and shared some helpful recommendations for things to do in the neighborhood. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a first aid kit available—something I haven’t seen at other places. I didn’t need to use it, but it’s a great idea. Check-out was smooth as well, with the host being flexible. Overall, a pleasant stay, and I would happily return. Grazie, Giulio!

Contro: One recommendation for all hosts in Italy would be to provide clearer information—either in advance or directly in their listing—about any in-person fees or city taxes, as well as the documentation required.

Pro: L1 metrosu Salvator Rosa durağının hemen yakınında, sakin bir semt.

Für 1 Nacht vollkommend ausreichend.

Pro: Die Gastgeberin war wirklich sehr zuvorkommend. Die Schlüsselübergabe und das ganze drumherum hat zu keinem Zeitpunkt zu Problemen geführt. Auch die sprachliche Barriere konnte mit einfachem Englisch übergangen werden.

Contro: Die Lage ist für die Wohnung an sich schön. Jedoch macht die Parkerei keinen Spaß. Es gibt nur ganz wenige freie Parkplätze. Folglich für Reisende mit Auto eher ungeeignet.
