A well-equipped and comfortable apartment in the heart of the Quartieri Spagnoli

Pro: A well-equipped and comfortable apartment in the heart of the Quartieri Spagnoli, right next to a tourist attraction – the Maradona mural. The location is excellent for exploring all the main sights of Naples. Mrs. Stefania is a very kind and helpful host, always available for anything we needed. We felt wonderful in the apartment and truly blended in with the local atmosphere. My heartfelt recommendation for Mrs. Stefania’s apartment!

Contro: Given that the apartment is next to the Maradona mural, it can be noisy at times. With the windows closed, it's manageable, but we recommend bringing earplugs for a more comfortable stay.

Beautiful stay in Naples!

Pro: We had a wonderful stay here! It was clean and the location couldn't have been better. On top of that, our hosts were verrryyy kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the start. Highly recommended—we’d love to come back!

All in all great value for the money.

Pro: Great location in the middle of the Spanish quarter. Within walking distance to almost everything and close to public transportation. The apartment is spacious. We (family of 5) stayed a week and had plenty of space. The apartment is on the 5th floor (there is an elevator in the building that you can use for 10 cent a trip) and it has a lovely little balcony. The kitchen is well-equipped. There host Stefania was very helpful and answered all our questions.

Contro: The neighbourhood is crowded and filled with bars and restaurants and it is very hilly with many stairs and pretty heavy scooter traffic. Therefore there is noise coming from the streets also in the evenings. It didn’t disturb our sleep though.

Pro: Stefania a legfigyelmesebb szállásadó ever. Jól kommunikál, borral, tejjel, keksszel, házi lekvárral várt. Még apró pénzt is készített a lifthez. Mi ilyen figyelmességet még sehol sem tapasztaltunk. A szállás szuper! Tágas, kényelmes, mindennel felszerelt. Van mosógép, szárítókötél, redőnnyel teljesen sötétíthető. Mi télen voltunk, elég meleg volt. A környék teli élettel, bárok, éttermek, kis boltok. Gyerekekkel voltunk, mégsem zavart bennünket a környék. Az 5. emeletről lenézel az utcára, de nem hallatszódik fel a hangzavar. Stefania szállása akkor is ideális, ha gyerekkel vagy, akkor is, ha baráti társaság. Hibátlan! Mindent nagyon szépen köszönünk! 😚☺️

Pro: Lokalizacja wręcz idealna, około 20 minut do plaży, 5 minut do większego marketu i metro prawie że obok. Miejsce również ma ładne widoki. Na spokojnie 5 osób się pomieściło. Pani gospodyni również bardzo wyrozumiała, pomimo dosyć dużego spóźnienia czekała na nas aby nam wszystko pokazać co i jak funkcjonuje oraz zostawiła dla nas mały poczęstunek. W tej cenie myśle że super miejsce!

Contro: Jedyny minus to winda za którą trzeba zapłacić 10centów. Nie było by problemu gdyby przyjmowało inne monety/płatności zbliżeniowe. Jednak to jest problem budynku a nie samego mieszkania ale ostrzegam na przyszłość aby mieć trochę monet w zapasie!

Pro: Ήταν κοντά στο κέντρο και μας εξυπηρέτησε. Είναι μια ιστορική γειτονιά. Πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρετική η signiora Stefania, η ιδιοκτήτρια. Το σπίτι της ανακαινισμένο, φτιαγμένο με πολύ γούστο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο.

Contro: Έχει μια μικρή ανηφόρα για να φτάσεις στο σπίτι.

Un séjour agréable

Pro: Hôte très sympathique et très disponible! Appartement propre et fonctionnel. Localisé dans les rues typiques du quartier espagnol, près du metro principal de Naples. Je recommande.
