Piacevole per la zona e confortevole per l'appartamento.
Pro: Ottima posizione per spostarsi in tutta la città. L'appartamento è molto ampio, con finestre o balconi in tutte le stanze. Il pavimento decorato e alcuni tratti di infissi storici sono accattivanti. Assistenza e supporto delle addette alla struttura, veloce e risolutivo.
Contro: Non c'è il forno a microonde. Alcuni particolari non erano puliti, è stato necessario segnalarlo. Ci vorrebbe un deodorante per ambienti all'ingresso. Purtroppo le vie intorno sono rumorose di notte perché molto frequentate da persone in gruppo e da scooter.

Appartamento molto consigliato: spazioso, in centro, dal quale si vive in pieno l’atmosfera tipica di Napoli.
Pro: Gli ambienti dell’appartamento sono molto ampi e spaziosi. La cucina ben fornita di stoviglie e utensili e nel complesso la casa è molto accogliente.
Contro: La camera da letto matrimoniale poteva essere pulita meglio prima del nostro arrivo, soprattutto la testiera del letto che tende ad impolverarsi facilmente. Includerei almeno un cambio asciugamani in più per chi alloggia più di una settimana.

Pro: Located in the Spanish Quarter, it is probably the most tourist area in Napoli. It is probably 100m from the main street, full of shops, bars and restaurant, probably 500m from the subway, near the port as well. Cannot think of a better location. I used to go to tours departuring from the port, so it was very easy to walk 5 min and get there. The apartment is simply beautiful. It is bigger than I expected, has 2 full bathrooms, a large bedroom, a large living room and a huge kitchen/common area, with a small bed in the corner, so if you're going in a group of friends, it could easily accomodate 4 people. I would live in that place for sure ;D The company that owns the place is very organized, they send you e-mails in advance with the links to check-in, send your documents etc. After you're already there, if you access the same link, you have access to the house specifics, including wi-fi password, etc. For sure I will stay there again if coming back to Napoli.
Contro: The only minus is that they have a switch for electricity that only works with the key that opens the door. It means that if you're leaving the house, you're turning off the entire electric system. I understand from the point of view that they're reducing their cost and saving electricity from misuse, but on the other hand, you cannot go and leave anything charging, or clothes washing while you go around, etc.

Fabulous apartment
Pro: The apartment was really spacious and very clean and comfortable - everything felt new as if it had been renovated and furnished recently. Met by host who was very helpful and friendly. The air conditioning was amazing! Location in the Spanish Quarter is ideal - so close to shops, bars, restaurants and the Port. This apartment is a great base for exploring Naples and the surrounding areas and tourist attractions - we would stay at this property again without hesitation.
Contro: Nothing - a wonderful stay at this property.

Pro: При заселени были забиты стоки в кухне.По звонку, быстро и оперативно решили проблему
Contro: Нам очень важно было, чтоб у нас в номере был утюг.По приезду уточнила! Когда начали пользоваться,выбивало рубильник,(думаю стоял ограничитель,чтоб много света не намотали). Плиту и фен одновременно включать нельзя,тоже вырубает счётчик.Даже две канфорки вместе нельзя на всю включить! Заселение в 15.00,а выселение до 10.00,тоже не очень приятный момент.

Unatoč nemarnom održavanju, stan je prekrasan, a usprkos gotovo cjelonoćnoj buci s ulice, uživali smo u produženom viken
Pro: Doista prekrasan i vrlo prostran stan četverostrane orijentacije - nažalost pomalo nemarno održavan. Dvije kupaonice - izuzetno praktično za više od 2 osobe. Sjajna lokacija - blizina luke i brodova za otoke, te stanice busa za aerodrom, kao i raznih zanimljivih dijelova grada.
Contro: Osoba koja nas dočekuje prohodala je nekoliko krugova po cijelom stanu u prljavoj obući, iako smo se nas troje izuli odmah prilikom ulaska u stan. Nepotpuno namješten krevet za 3. osobu, spomenuta domaćica bez objašnjenja teatralno skida SVU posteljinu s 3. ležaja i inzistira da nam netko naknadno donese novu, unatoč mom protivljenju i prijedlogu da jednostavno improviziramo s viškom posteljine u spavaćoj sobi. Osoba s posteljinom dolazi, samostalno otključava i ulazi u stan dok smo mi tamo, jer je ključ ulaznih vrata neodvojiv od ključa za struju. Površno očišćena kuhinja, o začepljenom sudoperu obavještava nas majstor koji također samostalno otključava stan. U to se sami uvjeravamo iduće jutro, prilikom spremanja doručka, pri čemu su nam od svog pribora za jelo dostupni SAMO jedan nož za rezanje, jedna jušna žlica, jedna čajna žličica i jedna plastična žličica, pa improviziramo s time. Sami kupujemo kuhinjski ručnik, jer nema kuhinjskih krpa niti više od 2 salvete. Predzadnji dan boravka, na izlazu iz tuš-kabine, klizna vrata gotovo padaju na mene, izašavši iz vodilica.

Kissé kaotikus, de nagyon segítőkész vendéglátó.
Pro: Nagyon jó helyen van, tiszta és szép a lakás. Mindenhonnan jól megközelíthető. Ajánlani tudom mindenkinek.
Contro: A szállás megérkezésünkkor elhanyagolt volt. A zuhany fejek nem működtek rendesen, a wi-fi nem volt elérhető, a tv irányítója a kanapé alatt volt, Az egyik ágy amit ugyan nem használtunk, matrac nélkül várt, a konyhai csap erősen mozgott. A hibák nagy részét 2-3 nap alatt orvosolták. Whatsapp-on levő kommunikáció, tökéletes volt.

Pro: Apartament położony w centrum miasta i blisko największych atrakcji. Przemila obsługa, duża pomoc w organizacji zwiedzania , ale tez uratowanie w pewnej trudnej sytuacji z uśmiechem na ustach i oddaniem sprawie. Apartament posiada dwie łazienki i jest przestrzenny i pięknie wyposażony. Super dla 4 osób. Polecamy

Wäre das mit der Brause und dem Lift nicht gewesen hätte ich 10 Punkte vergeben
Pro: Die Küche und die Klimaanlagen waren wirklich top - auch die Waschmaschine und der Stil. Beim Ankommen erhielten wir Waschmittel und Kaffee, der die Gefängnis- Insassinnen von Poggioreale hergestellt haben. Das fanden wir nett und eine spezielle Geste. Der Strassenlärm war absolut okay - er war zu hören, aber man konnte gut schlafen und ich war schon an Orten in Napoli da war er wirklich viel viel lauter.
Contro: Man musste mit dem schweren Gepäck mehrere Stufen hoch. Wir hatten danach die ganzen Ferien Rückenschmerzen und meine Kollegin musste danach zur Physiotherapie! Der Lift bedient das Stockwerk nicht, wenn man Geld reinwirft wird es gefressen. Die Badezimmer sind sehr heruntergekommen- ich bat Francesco gleich bei der Ankunft, dass jemand die Duschbrause, die kaputt war auswechselt. Er schrieb mir zurück es werde jemand kommen. Das war jedoch nur freundliches bla bla gekommen ist die ganzen Tage niemand. Jedesmal wenn man Shampoo benötigte musste man sich bücken und alles lief einem in die Augen (Kontaktlinsen). Man konnte die Duschmittel nur auf den Boden und nicht auf Augenhöhe hinstellen. Das Zimmer würde ich für Allergiker mit weniger Stoff und Vorhängen ausrichten.
