Perfection

Pro: Location was incredible, apartment had absolutely everything we needed and was so clean and comfortable. Would stay in this apartment again and again. Staff were so helpful and accommodating which made the stay even better.

What to keep in mind? It’s on the 4th floor with rather steep stairs – not an issue for us, but it might be a challenge

Pro: Very comfortable apartment located in a central yet quiet area. Fully equipped, including an iron, washing machine, kitchen accessories, and a balcony perfect for a morning coffee. Excellent host service: worth highlighting is the high responsiveness and plenty of useful tips both before and during the stay. Another plus is the remote check-in option.

Contro: What to keep in mind? It’s on the 4th floor with rather steep stairs - not an issue for us, but it might be a challenge e.g., for families with children.

Pro: Great location and a really lovely apartment. It had everything we needed and was roomy and comfortable and very clean. The hosts communicated brilliantly and we appreciated being able to use the free luggage storage facility. Would highly recommend.

Pro: The flat was very clean, comfortable with all the equipment needed.

Pro: Ein schönes Apartment ganz in der Nähe des historischen Zentrums von Neapel. Es ist wirklich sehr neuwertig ausgestattet. Auf der Seite vom Schlaf/ Essbereich befindet sich ein kleiner Balkon. Man ist so weit oben, das man etwas Aussicht hat. Über einen verglasten Gang (zu einem schönen, begrünten Innenhof) kommt man zu dem kleinen neuen Bad. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden.

Contro: Generell im Apartment haben viele Ablagemöglichkeiten gefehlt und sowas wie Haken im Bad, aber das lässt sich ja nachbessern ;) Das Bad war doch wirklich sehr klein. Der verglaste Gang war an sich sich super schön, aber da wir im Hochsommer da waren, hat sich dieser Gang auch enorm aufgeheizt. Es war sehr hellhörig (wie leider so oft in Italien) und man hat die Nachbarn manchmal sehr laut gehört (!). Ganz wichtig (und vielleicht von uns unterschätzt) ist es die Treppen zu erwähnen. Das Apartment liegt im dritten Stock und Treppen an sich sind nicht unbedingt ein Problem für uns, aber diese sind sehr eng und sehr unterschiedlich, teilweise sehr steil! Wer mit sehr viel Gepäck kommt, oder nicht ganz so fit ist der sollte das wirklich unbedingt wissen!

Pro: Die Lage ist hervorragend für die Besichtigung von Neapel. Alles Wichtige ist fussläufig zu erreichen und um die Ecke gibt es ein kleines Café zum Frühstücken. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man benötigt und wie es beschrieben ist.

Contro: Die Wohnung hat keinen eigenen privaten Parkplatz, sondern eine Empfehlung für eine öffentliche Parkmöglichkeit, bei der man seinen Autoschlüssel abgeben muss. Wir haben außerhalb an der U-Bahn geparkt, das war preisgünstiger und hat gut funktioniert.

Perfext Place in the Perfect Location

Pro: Absolutely the best location in Naples! Close to Piazza Cavour to jump on the train or Piazza Dante to jump on the metro. We used the train and metro so much we should have purchased a pass! Deco Supermercati is just a short walk away. The place was amazing! Great accommodations! Had everything we could need. The kitchen was stocked so we could easily eat in. The bed and pillows were great! Loved the balcony overlooking the street. Even had a washing machine so I could do laundry. Has a smart TV so you can log into Netflix and You Tube. The self check-in process was easy and the owners were available for any questions at any time! Very quiet neighborhood. I can’t say enough goods things. Will definitely recommend House in Decumani to friends!

Contro: The stairs. Oh my. The 80 steps up to the 4th floor. If you have mobility issues, unfortunately this place isn’t for you.
