Magnifica esperienza in una accogliente dimora nel.cuore del Centro Srorico di Napoli
Pro: L'appartamento si trova in una posizione strategica nel Decumano Superiore in un edificio le cui fondamenta sono rappresentate dagli archi stessi del Teatto Greco Romano. Tutto trasuda di storia. L'appartamento è stato appena ristrutturato con cura ed è dotato di tutti i comforts e arredato con gusto. Pulizia impeccabile. Non è prevista la colazione ma c'era la macchina da caffè ed.un angolo cottura attrezzato. Ines (la proprietaria) mi.ha accolto fornendomi ogni spiegazione consigliandomi i siti da non perdere considerando il poco tempo a mia disposizione. Tutti i siti di interesse sono effettivamente a pochi passi così come la stazione della metropolitana. Super consigliato.

Pro: Grazioso appartamento ristrutturato nel bel mezzo del centro storico di questa meravigliosa città!! Edificio storico senza ascensore, per me un po' pesantuccia la scalinata ma molto affascinante il contesto. Ines è stata da subito molto disponibile (check-in e check-out), ci ha accolti calorosamente e si è messa a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa avessimo bisogno...parlando con lei traspare proprio l'amore per la sua Napoli. Tornerei sicuramente da Ines!

Good accommodation
Pro: The room was comfortable and clean, in ald house..it is amazing. All you needed was there. But a kettle wouldn't hurt. The location is perfect. host is very attentive.. help us with taxi ordering.

Pro: Ines was extremely helpful and attentive, always answering within minutes! The location is great and you feel like you are living amongst the locals!
Contro: Unfortunately there was a bad sewage smell in the building after our second day due to municipality works happening outside but that was not something that the owner could control….

Cosy apartment in a brilliant location
Pro: Loved this cosy apartment, just a 5 minute walk from Via dei Tribulani aka pizza street! Ines was great she sent plenty of recommendations for things to do and places to eat, and she even met us late at night to help us check in.

Very cozy apartment
Pro: Nice and cozy apartment. The owner Ines was very helpful with the local restaurants and how to navigate through city. Good thing for us who are not from south country was the thick walls that hold cool temperature till the evening. Even though she didn’t talk english we communicated pretty well through translater. Also told us a story about the building (it was build in 16th century and it was a theatre building) we stayed at which was very interesting

Pro: The flat was smack bang in the middle of the historic city centre within easy reach of a host of decent restaurants and bars, about half an hour's walk from the bay and 15-20 minutes walk from the famous Spanish Quarter. The host was liimited in what he could do with the place because it is in a 'palazzo' that is the Italian equivalent of a listed building (17th century if I remember rightly). I managed to spend a day in Amalfi relatively easily getting a train from Napoli Centrale to Salerno and then the ferry from Salerno to Amalfi (about ninety minutes 'on the road' in total and about €20 each way).
Contro: The shower was rather small but that is a result of the 'palazzo's' status as a listed building. The flat sleeps four but it is a one-room flat with a double bed and a 'spring-loaded' double sofa bed in that one room. I was there with my son and his girlfriend and it worked perfectly acceptably

Nuestro rinconcito en el centro histórico de Nápoles
Pro: La ubicación, en pleno centro histórico, fue perfecta para sumergirnos en Nápoles. El apartamento está muy bien decorado, muy acogedor y armonioso visualmente jugando con tonos azules, en un edificio histórico. La dueña fue muy rápida en responder y nos dio indicaciones y recomendaciones muy completas. El wifi funcionaba perfecto. En general estuvimos muy cómodos.
Contro: Al estar en un edificio histórico había algunos problemas de humedad, además el último día dejó de funcionar la cadena. Algunas sartenes no eran apropiadas para la placa de inducción, había un adaptador que no acababa de funcionar bien, sería recomendable cambiar las sartenes y cafetera por unas más adecuadas. También vendría bien un microondas.
