Contro: un po' troppa luce la mattina nell appartamento più piccolo.. metterei o delle tende più scure o degli oscuranti.l unica pecca.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
Pro: La posizione molto buona con la possibilità di prendere sia i bus urbani e sia la funicolare. Appartamenti bene arredati e accoglienti.
Contro: Il terzo letto non proprio comodissimo, l'acqua calda non durava moltissimo non so se per capacità dello scalda bagno o per un timer, cmq niente di eccessivamente problematico.

Pro: Ambiente rinnovato ,moderno e spazioso.Noi ci soamo stato benissimo.
Contro: Purtroppo di tre televisori non ne andava uno e non hanno provveduto alla riparazione. Sisono giusticati con una burrasca ! Anche i ventil erano bisognosi di un controllo.

Pro: it has a very nice space with two toilets and bathrooms
Contro: We arrived from Rome and went to the near metro station to the accommodation. On the google map the distance from the station is around 10 minutes walk but we were surprised of more than 175 steps of narrow stare between the old houses. There was no guidance from the host that there is a Funicular station next to the metro station could be used to reach the same level of the accommodation and also to reach the top of the mountain to visit the castle. 2nd, it is self check in, you should complete the online check in process before you arrive in order to get the keys. the process may take more than 10 minutes ( we did it in outside after claiming the stares).

Overall, our stay was good. The apartment had all the necessary facilities, and it was spacious and clean.
Pro: The apartment was clean, and the view from the living room was gorgeous.
Contro: It was a bit noisy in the bedroom at night because the window couldn’t be closed properly. It needs to be fixed.

Pro: В апартаментах есть все необходимое, несмотря на то, что рядом оживленная улица в комнате ее почти не слышно. Прям под боком есть все необходимые заведения с продуктами, пиццей и свежими морепродуктами. Остановки городского транспорта находятся рядом. Очень понравилось расположение.

Definitely reccomend this place, good location, nice apartment, good facilities, clear communication
Pro: Good location, nicely renovated apartment, good wifi. Excellent instruction on how to access the keybox plus a web interface to open the external doors without the key. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom, even some basics stuff were provided in the kitchen that is not general for such apartments in my expreience (i.e. new sponge and liquid for diswashing, paper towel, some sugar, salt and pepper, olive oil, tin and plastic foil etc.). The Biagletti capsule-coffee machine is great, you can buy the capsule in the nearest small gorcery store.
Contro: Almost nothing just a couple of minor issues. There was no microwave in the kitchen (it wasn't promised either). The drain in the bathroom sink started clogging up (but was still usable) - I'm sure that the maintenance staff takes care of it quickly. We stayed for a week and a vacuum cleaner could've been useful. There was a broom and a mop so not a big deal.
