Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo

Pro: Appartamento con camere molto ampie e luminosissime. La camera familiare è composta da due camere con bagno privato ed accesso alla terrazza condivisa. Fare colazione in terrazza al mattino è molto bello e rilassante. Disponibilità di frigorifero, uso di posate, piatti e forno a microonde per poter mangiare qualcosa di pronto. Sergio, il proprietario, è super gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato molti ottimi consigli su cosa fare e dove mangiare

Contro: Il materasso di uno dei due letti è molto duro.

Pro: Le stanze molto grandi e spaziose; seppure la struttura non sia dotata di climatizzazione non è stato assolutamente un problema dato che, anche nelle giornate più calde, è sempre molto ventilato e fresco; l'ampia terrazza offre relax la sera; l'arredamento retrò è veramente singolare e gradevole con soprammobili e suppellettili ricercate e mai pacchiane; metropolitana a 5 minuti e supermercato a 100 metri dalla struttura. Il padrone di casa (Sergio) disponibile e cordiale ci ha sempre messo a nostro agio.

Contro: Il bagno è in effetti un po' piccolo, forse con pochi accorgimenti potrebbe venire adeguato anche a persone ti taglia large...

Pro: Ottima posizione, tra il centro storico e il rione sanità, in una vietta molto tranquilla. Bella casa con ampi spazi e bellissima terrazza da cui si vede il Vesuvio. Grande ospitalità da parte del proprietario di casa, è stato un po’ come essere a casa propria… con l’aggiunta di un simpatico gatto ciccione e coccoloso!

Pro: We had a wonderful time here, a beautiful historic apartment in a great building. The neighborhood was great with lots of character and easy to get to the underground train and centre as well. the rooms were really big and it was great to have a kitchen space to eat in. Lovely spacious roof terrace with great views. Also nice to be in a lived in space where you meet other people but you can be private as well when you want. We were very well looked after by the hosts. Super friendly cat! !

Contro: Just be aware the neighborhood is very central but you have to walk up and down hills to get places. The church opposite is very atmospheric but sometimes the bells ring very loudly, it doesn't last long though. You have to be ok with walking through each others bedrooms to reach the bathroom and roof terrace but honestly for us the setup was perfect (we booked the two-room with private bathroom option).

Pro: The location is close to the city center (15 min walk). In the vicinity you can find plenty of bakeries and places to eat breakfast. Next time I would choose the same place.

Pro: Good place, you can see Vesuvius from the terrace. Amazing cat!

Contro: There is no air conditioning, but I knew that in advance.

Location, location, location

Pro: This B&B is the perfect location to explore Naples, it's only a short walk from the Metro and the old town. The B&B comes with a fantastic terrace to sit down and relax and even offers views of the Vesuvius. On top of that there are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area so after a long stroll through the town you can sit down close to the B&B. The proprietor is friendly and responsive and he actively checks in on how things are going and offers advice on where to go too.

Contro: There is a resident cat so if you have allergies this may not be the place for you. The beds were a bit rough, the third bed was just a mattress on the floor. The shower and toilet a a bit cramped.

A fantastic B&B when visiting Napoli - excellent host, clean, comfortable, and outstanding location!

Pro: A fantastic place to stay whilst visiting Naples. We stayed in the room with the private bathroom and direct access onto the roof terrace. The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. The roof terrace was beautiful. Location could not have been better - 15 minute walk from the Main Street of Naples and a 5 minute walk to the nearest Metro Station to the Main Train Station and beyond. Sergio was a phenomenal host with lots of recommendations for travel and eateries. Breakfast is basic but just what you need. We will 100% be returning for our next trip to Napoli!

Contro: Nothing. The accommodation is affordable, has an excellent host and is clean with plenty of space. A beautiful tranquil roof terrace and outstanding location for transport links and easy commuting to the centre of the city.
