Pro: La gentilezza della signora Maddalena, la pulizia, l'attenzione ai dettagli (per esempio tra i prodotti da bagno ci sono crema per il corpo, balsamo, saponetta per il viso), il balcone con vista Vesuvio, un distributore di prodotti essenziali e snack/acqua. La posizione poi è perfetta se dovete prendere i mezzi dalla stazione. E in pochi minuti a piedi si è in pieno centro. Nessun lato negativo davvero. Grazie Maddalena!

INDIMENTICABILE!
Pro: Beh che dire,camera eccellente con vista Vesuvio e città per non parlare della pulizia della camera,che ogni giorno viene la ragazza molto professionale nel suo lavoro,ti risistema camera. Dotata di macchina del caffè che ogni giorno ti riforniscono di capsule. Svegliarsi e vedere questo panorama non è da tutti. La signora Maddalena,che ormai siamo amiche,è favolosa mettendoti a tuo agio con qualsiasi richiesta! Unica pecca?!? DOBBIAMO PARTIRE!!

Soggiorno eccellente, struttura nuovissima, moderna e servizi a 5 stelle.
Pro: Soggiorno eccellente, curato in ogni dettaglio. Camere fantastiche, moderne e arredate con grande gusto. Self check‑in semplice e ben spiegato, acqua fresca nel frigobar e macchina da caffè Nespresso con capsule originali a disposizione, segno di grande attenzione alla qualità. Letto comodissimo grazie al topper, comfort da vero hotel di categoria superiore. Fantastica vista sulla città, che rende il rientro serale davvero piacevole. Si vede che tutto è pensato per un target medio‑alto, con accortezze da 5 stelle anche nel servizio: per le due notti è stato incluso il riassetto quotidiano della camera, super gradito. Ho anche saputo di una stanza ancora più lussuosa con vasca idromassaggio interna: sarà la mia prossima meta. Consigliatissimo!

Pro: I stayed in 101 and it’s beautiful room in a part of Napoli very close to Napoli centrale station. very modern with all the amenities you expect from a newly renovated property. everything works well and I will come back here next time I am back in Italy. Lovely hosts who have clearly thought of everything when they designed it.

Pro: We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The conditions were superb – far beyond our expectations. The room was spotless, extremely clean, and everything was brand new. Daily housekeeping was provided, and even the coffee capsules were replenished every day, which we truly appreciated. The location is excellent, right next to the central train station, making everything very convenient. We were extremely satisfied and will gladly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you for such a perfect experience!

Pro: Sauberkeit, herrlicher Ausblick aus dem 7. Stockwerk über den Dächern von Neapel in Richtung Capri und Vesuv. Zimmerausstattung und -größe vergleichbar zu 4*-Hotel, modern renoviertes Zimmer und Bad, Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt, bequemes Bett. Aufzug vorhanden (zu den üblichen Bürozeiten 10 Cent/Fahrt). Die Lage im Bahnhofsviertel ist verkehrsgünstig, der Fähr-Hafen in ca. 25-30 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. (Digitaler) Vermieter schnell erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in Ordnung.
Contro: Die Lage im Bahnhofsviertel ist wie üblich eben im Bahnhofsviertel. Etwas Geruchsbelästigung im Bad durch Dusch-Abfluß, wie häufig in alten Gebäuden.

Pro: Ubytovanie a prístup majiteľa chválim. Komunikácia výborná. Napriek tomu, že ubytovanie je bez raňajok, sme si našli poukaz na raňajky. Bolo to pre nás príjemné prekvapenie.
Contro: Bohužial miesto, blízkosť hlavnej vlakovej stanice nepridáva miestu pocit bezpečnosti. V okolí sa pohybujú osoby pochybného povodu.
