Pro: Claudia è un host squisito: gentilissima e disponibile, attenta alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti, e con ottimi consigli su luoghi da visitare e per mangiare. L’appartamento è situato a due passi dal centro storico, a cinque minuti a piedi da tanti locali e bar e vicino alla fermata della metro. La stanza è curata nei minimi dettagli, con servizio di pulizia giornaliera e con diversi comfort, quali bollitore, macchina per il caffè, mini frigo, condizionatore (caldo/freddo). Claudia ci ha anche lasciato delle cialde, del tè e delle tisane molto apprezzate; così come dell'acqua al nostro arrivo. Consigliatissimo!!!

Pro: La struttura è molto bella e pulita. Anche sicura tramite codici di sicurezza. Molto interessante la questione automazione delle porte. Il proprietario e sua figlia Claudia sono sempre disponibili h24 per qualsiasi cosa! Consigliata!

Ottima accoglienza in centro città

Pro: L'host è molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha fatto trovare dell'acqua fresca in camera. La camera è molto pulita ed è tutto nuovo, in dotazione ci sono anche una macchinetta per il caffè e un bollitore con qualche cialda e tisana. Il bagno è fornito di bagnoschiuma, shampoo e balsamo e vengono periodicamente cambiati gli asciugamani. La posizione è centralissima. Consigliato!

Pro: Thank you so much, Claudia, for your hospitality!!! Your apartment is just the kind of place you don't want to leave and want to come back again! Everything is comfortable, from the moment you meet until you leave. The apartment is stylish, with excellent plumbing, and has been beautifully renovated to a high standard – it's immediately obvious the owner approached the renovation with love and passion. It has everything you need (safe, kettle, coffee maker, a large selection of teas, and water). The location is superb, close to all the tourist attractions (the historic center, train station, and metro are 5 minutes away). Claudia is an incredibly wonderful, kind, and attentive host. She greeted me, explained everything, showed me around, and was always available. Next time I return to Naples, I'll have no doubt where to stay.

Pro: My experience staying at this hotel was very positive. I especially want to highlight the cleanliness of the room — it was neat and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and they speak English well, which made our communication easy and quick. I also liked the location of the hotel — it is convenient for traveling around and situated in a nice part of the city, allowing us to easily reach the main attractions. I recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

All in all the kindness of Claudia and Alberto made the difference. I highly recommend this place.

Pro: There was no breakfast, but there are coffee and tea, and a cattle and a coffee machine. And a small fridge. It was extremely clean, and quiet. Claudia and her father Alberto were the kindest of people. The location is absolutely perfect.

Contro: I didn't like that there was no breakfast, and I didn't like that one had to climb two very high floors to get there. But Claudia and Alberto were very kind and helped with getting my suitcase up and down the many stairs.

Pro: The location was great. We could get to almost all places on foot and didn't need public transportation.
