Pro: L'appartamento è posizionato in un ottima posizione vicino al centro storico. Napoli bella città , ottimo cibo e soprattutto i dolci.

Contro: nulla

Pro: posizione strategica per centro storico (praticamente una piccola e tutto sommato tranquilla traversa di spaccanapoli), mezzi pubblici e stazione ferroviaria. buona insonorizzazione. appartamento molto spazioso e dotato di tutto il necessario. proprietaria estremamente gentile e disponibile nella comunicazione anche via telefono.

Pro: La struttura, un ex convento con valore storico, è adiacente a Spaccanapoli, quindi si trova nel cuore pulsante di Napoli, il che le conferisce un fascino particolare. La signora Adriana è stata accogliente, disponibile e premurosa. L’ appartamento è come nelle foto, curato nei minimi particolari, molto pulito, dotato di tutto il necessario. Napoli non è solo una città, ma un luogo mistico, unico e indimenticabile.

Pro: Gentilissima la signora Adriana, alloggio molto curato, con tutte le comodità, in un palazzo suggestivo, era un convento del 1400! Ottima posizione per visitare il centro storico, vicino alla metro e alla stazione.

Pro: La posizione super centrale nel cuore della Napoli autentica.

Great location in the beating heart of Naples.

Pro: Clean, comfortable and secure apartment located in a very authentic Neapolitan street. We were able to leave out bags here ahead of check-in time. Location is great for Napoli Centrale station but use nearby Porta Nolana station for the Circumvesuviana as it's the terminus and you’ll get a seat!

Contro: Hot water was a bit hit and miss.

Pro: The house was spacious and fully equipped. The beds new and comfortable and the house was quiet. It was super clean and Adriana was very nice and always available for any questions.

Contro: No lift as it is a historic building (the apartment is on the second floor). The bathroom was cold (we visited in the winter) and the water in the shower not hot enough. But the rest of the apartment was heated with A/C so it was ok! All in all I would recommend this apartment since it is centrally located (walking distance to cafés, restaurants, sights) and good value for money.

Tolles und authentisches Appartment

Pro: Sehr schöne Unterkunft, direkt im wilden Neapel. Alles ist gut zu erreichen und trotzdem findet man hier Ruhe zur Erholung. Besonders toll ist der Balkon, von dem der Trubel beobachtet werden kann.

Pro: Die Lage war top. Trotzdem war es bei geschlossenen Fenstern komplett ruhig.

Contro: Die Dusche war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Einstellung der Wassertemperatur nahezu unmöglich.
