Pro: In ottima posizione per girare a piedi senza mezzi pubblici dietro piazza del plebiscito. Appartamento completo di tutto, spazi ampi e proprietario gentilissimo.

Pro: Erano 2 camere abbastanza grandi e comode adatto per 2 famiglie con aria condizionata e tv in entrambe le camere il bagno era fra le 2 camere, comodo. La zona tranquilla a 2 passi da Piazza del Plebiscito e da Via Toledo con supermercato, bar, ristoranti, tabacchi, Metro, c'era tutto a portata di mano. I gestori gentilissimi e puntuali per la consegna delle chiavi, all'arrivo ci hanno aiutato anche a salire i bagagli. Soddisfatto

Summer in Naples

Pro: Before our reservation at this appartment we were suppose to stay somewhere else but something went wrong with our reservation. So we had no place to stay in Naples. After searching on booking.com we found Residenza D'Epoca. We could check in 30 minutes. Luciano was a very friendly host, good communication with him and colleagues through whatsapp. Great location nearby Piazza del Plebiscito, many shopping stores on Via Toledo, restaurants, mini markets and other tourist sights. Bus and metrostation also nearby. Two large bedrooms with airconditioning, badtowels shower- en kitchen facilities. 3 balconies. Cold bottle of water in the refrigarator, it was so hot in the summer! We stayed here for 6 days.

Contro: Third floor with no lift. 1 key for entrance(1 for main door downstairs and 1 for the appartment). Tv programs only in Italian. Batteries were leaked in 1 remote. Host brought new batteries as requested. No teakettle or drying rack like mentioned on booking.com. Mold in the shower and washing machine. Shower was clogged so the water took longer to drain away. It was like showering in a pool. A bit noisy in the evening and night, cars and scooters running by. A little bit more attention to clean the appartment thoroughly would be nice for the next guests. Also tip: new kitchensponges and dishcloths for new guests. There was a dirty sponge so we had to buy new ones.

Pro: Lo mejor, la ubicación. En la zona céntrica para ir caminando a las atracciones principales Casa amplia buenas habitaciones. Cocina con lo básico para preparar el desayuno. El chico que nos abrió la casa fue muy amable y servicial.

Contro: Las escaleras un tercer piso de escaleras altas sin ascensor. Algo ruidosa
