Lovely modern flat accessed from authentic courtyard near Spaccanapoli

Pro: Great location in the heart of the action but tucked away in an authentic courtyard.

Pro: The apartment is near the top of a set of apartments arranged around a lovely courtyard. The location is in the TOP tourist location in Naples which is both wonderful and overwhelming. It's very easy to take the subway from here. There's a big fridge and a big bedroom with a huge closet, a second room which we also used, with a fold-out couch. The shower is fantastic. The A/C works perfectly.

Contro: The instructions on how to get there should be more clear. The address has a number for the apartment which is not obviously posted anywhere on the main street. We had to ask a vendor on the street how to get there. That was really the only hitch in the entire proceedings -- getting to the location in the first place, also because taxis cannot go straight to the location since it is on a pedestrian-only street which is teeming with tourists. One night someone in an adjoining apartment had a loud party until 2 AM. This is something out of your host's control, but just to know, it might get noisy.

Great place in a central location of historical Naples

Pro: This is a spacious, modern and clean apartment in the centre of historical Naples. No traffic sounds and it is easy to walk to most places. I can highly recommend!

Contro: The second bedroom has sofabed which is quite hard to sleep. The elevator works with 10 c coins, which is not very usable.

Nice and comfortable apartment right in the centro storico

Pro: Very well located, right in the historic center of the city, and in the heart of Presepe Napoletano, surrounded by art. The apartment is very quiet although it is so centric, and very comfortable. Spacious place, clean and functional bathroom (nice shower, works very well). Beds are really comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, you can have breakfast or lunch there, but nothing like a cafe-latte or a capuccio at the Italian coffee shops, neither the Italian cuisine at any of the Trattorias close to the apartment... A great experience, highly recommended.

Pro: Very nice place, looks new, beautiful historical building.

Contro: At the edge of the center tourist area, may feel a bit unsafe feeling after 21:30 for young girls that stay without men.

Our stay was great. The facilities were excellent.

Pro: It was a clean beautiful, spacious apartment. The host was wonderful as well.

Contro: The room is on a pedestrian road so you have to walk with your luggage to reach the apartment.
