Comodità e centralità

Pro: Pulita e veramente spaziosa. Dotata di tutti i confort. Bagno enorme con doccia grande e doppio lavandino. Soggiorno ampio con divano letto e con cucina grande con microonde annessa. Stanza da letto grande con armadio piccola scrivania.

Contro: Nella camera da letto non funzionava il condizionatore e faceva freddo. Sarebbe meglio avere una coperta in più direttamente in struttura. L’abbiamo richiesta subito ma non sono riuciti a portarla.

Pro: POSIZIONE PERFETTA PER LE MIE ESIGENZE, QUARTIERE PIAZZA GARIBALDI E' MOLTO FOLCLORISTICO E VICINO A TUTTO ANCHE SE SI VUOLE CAMMINARE E NON UTILIZZARE I MEZZI

Contro: UTENSILI IN CUCINA POCHI ED E' VERO CHE NAPOLI OFFRE MOLTO DAL PUNTO DI VISTA CULINARIO E MAGARI MANGIARE IN CASA NON E' LA PRIORITA' MA SE SI HANNO BISOGNI ALIMENTARI PARTICOLARI SAREBBE BENE ESSERE UN POCHINO PIU' ATTREZZATI

Excellent modern apartment

Pro: The property and the decor was absolutely fabulous. Very well maintained, with all modern facilities. Very tech savvy.

Contro: The location although was very convenient, looked a bit shady with lots of rough sleepers and drunks around. Finding a free parking is very tough.

Pro: Great location, modern, clean, warm, and cozy apartment! Balcony that allows you to follow the life of Naples streets! We recommend it from the bottom of our hearts!

Modern Apartment near Naples Station

Pro: Domus Maria Vittoria was a comfortable & clean 1 bedroom apartment in Naples. The bathroom was modern, well fitted & spacious. The kitchenette was also quite functional. The apartment is located walking distance to the station, next to Porta Nalona and the centre of Naples.

Pro: The flat is well located next to the train station. Interior design is very beautiful, there is beautiful furniture, quality materials used, etc. The kitchen was well equipped and has everything you might need for cooking. There is an AC in the flat which might be very useful. The check-in is completely automatic, which means you can be more flexible with your arrival time.

Contro: You have to do the check in yourself, it includes manually adding all the passport details, taking photos of the passports, yourself with the passports, etc, which is a little time-consuming. The opening and closing of the flat's and building's door is completely automatic and you have to do it via a website, which means that your phone needs to be charged and connected to internet, and you need to have a smart phone to access the flat. It seems that the shower was temporarily (?) missing a handheld shower head as well as the shower door / curtain and as a result bathroom floor got all wet after the shower. AC was working well in the bedroom, but we had some problems with the AC in the living room. It might have been mentioned in the description, but there is no elevator.

Best way to explore Napoli without any headaches.

Pro: It was super clean, with very modern equipment, wonderful and super central location. The parking area in front of the building was for free and safe. The host was super friendly and helpful.

Contro: I wish there had been a washing machine.

Great location and well maintained

Pro: The property is very close to the Naples main train station which is just a 5 to 7 min walk from there.The property was clean and well maintained.

Contro: The sofa bed in the living room was uncomfortable to sleep on as the frame of the sofa bed was bent in the middle.The kitchen has no counter space as the gas stove and microwave takes up all the space, so if somebody wants to cook or keep washed utensils it can get very uncomfortable.

Pro: Loved it here! Everything was clean and the facilities were brilliant. Host very attentive and I’d definitely recommend. Perfect location for the central station and metros into the centre of town.
