Pro: Posizione ottima a 50 metri dalla stazione della funicolare centrale, ho trovato grande cortesia, trasparenza, pulizia, accoglienza, confort la consiglioo a tutti perchè è davvero ottima

Pro: Ottima posizione. Host gentilissimo e simpatico. Tutto impeccabile, pulizia top. Colazione abbondante e molto buona. Una delle strutture migliori di napoli.

All’insegna dell’accoglienza

Pro: Mai dormito così bene fuori casa! Letto comodissimo, lenzuola di qualità da hotel cinque stelle, silenzio e, al risveglio, una super colazione. Ambiente molto pulito, spazioso e confortevole. Posizione centrale ma fuori dal caos e ben servita da funicolare, autobus e stazione taxi sotto casa. Infine, ciliegina sulla torta, l’accoglienza di Biagio che non ha pari. Host medaglia d’oro !🥇

Una comoda sistemazione e un'ospitalità impareggiabile

Pro: Comodissima e spaziosissima stanza in una posizione defilata ma strategica e comunque centrale, che permette di visitare Napoli comodamente prendendo la funicolare. Il pezzo forte è però l'impareggiabile ospitalità e gentilezza del signor Biagio, il proprietario! Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, con tutti i comfort di un hotel (e anzi di più!)

Pro: Biagio è una persona eccezionale! Ospitale, disponibile, gentile, attento; ci ha messo subito a nostro agio e ha gestito il nostro ritardo nel check in con una cortesia rara,nonostante avesse degli impegni. La struttura è accogliente, comoda, dotata di tutti i confort e in una buona posizione. Vicino alle mete turistiche ma non nella confusione cittadina.

Biagio was the most wonderful host I could have wished for and created a really welcome atmosphere.

Pro: The location is just perfect. It’s super close to everything you need. The lively spanish quarter is just a few meters down, the beautiful castello de Sant Elmo a walk upstairs, the shopping city center 1 station with the funiculare away which is worth a ride on it’s on. and from there the historic center is also really close to walk around. Napoli is full with little stores, cafes and bars and the lovely Biagio is always ready to recommend to your wishes places that are worth a visit. And he bakes great cake!

Contro: If you are sensitive to noise it could be advisable to bring some ear plugs. The room door is not the thickest you can hear TV, kitchen and street noise. (Italians horn a lot also during the night ;)!)

Comfortable room, delicious breakfast

Pro: I stayed at Biagio’s and had a wonderful experience! He is a very kind and helpful host, always attentive to his guests’ needs. Breakfast was amazing, with delicious homemade cakes prepared by him. The room was clean, and comfortable, with a large private bathroom. The location is very convenient to visit the city, and easy to reach.

Contro: Everything was exceptional

We had an amazing stay in a beautiful place with a charming owner.

Pro: We stayed for 7 days with Biagio in Naples and we can't recommend going there enough. Every morning with the breakfast, that he prepared for us, we had a chat about our plans. He made every effort to help us experience Naples in an authentic manner. The place was really cozy, located beautifully and very convenient in the city. We could ask Biagio any questions. He helped us finding restaurants, planning daytrips, or organizing a taxi to the airport. We felt very taken care of and would book no other place when visiting Naples!

Contro: There is nothing, that comes to mind.

Pro: I had a wonderful time here, the room was really nice and clean, with a big bathroom too. Mr. Biagio was a great host, very pleasant and helpful! The location is also pretty good i think, not far from the city centre, you can walk there easily, but there's also a bus station nearby.

Contro: Can't really think of anything.
