B&B Attico Ventaglieri with Panoramic Terrace

Ottimo soggiorno

Pro: La posizione era ottima, vicino alla metro e a via Toledo, così come la disponibilità del ragazzo che lavora in struttura. La nostra camera era abbastanza grande, con stanza da letto e bagno non cieco, perfetta per due. Il condizionatore è stato un plus con il caldo di agosto. Sul terrazzo la vista di sera era meravigliosa. Consigliatissimo per un soggiorno a Napoli!

Contro: Le chiavi della nostra camera ci hanno dato qualche problema nell'apertura e nella chiusura di alcune porte, ma nulla di che, direi un piccolo difetto.

Siamo stati molto bene, consigliato!

Pro: I proprietari sono molto disponibili e gentili. Ci hanno indicato in modo dettagliato come arrivare alla struttura. Ogni giorno ci hanno contattato per chiederci se andava tutto bene, per darci consigli per la visita dì Napoli e dintorni e se avevamo bisogno di qualcosa. La struttura è molto confortevole e pulita. La terrazza, da cui si gode una vista spettacolare fino al castello di s. Elmo, e la cucina, ben attrezzata, ad uso comune degli ospiti sono eccezionali. La posizione è centrale e vicina ai punti di interesse principali e alla stazione della linea 2.

Pro: Struttura molto accogliente, deliziosi spazi comuni. Panorama mozzafiato. Posizione strategica, vicinissima alla stazione metropolitana. Host disponibile e gentilissimo.

Pro: Terrazzo panoramico fantastico, camere pulite e ben sistemate. Appartamento molto carino in tutto il complesso. Posizione centralissima per i mezzi. Consiglio, noi torneremo sicuramente!

Pro: La posizione ottima, vicina ai mezzi di trasporto e centralissima, la terrazza panoramica favolosa.

Contro: La colazione completamente autogestita con lavastoviglie non funzionante.

Molto soddisfatto, potete solo che migliorare. Continuate così.

Pro: Posizione ottima. Aree comuni molto belle anche se io per la tipologia di viaggio non le ho usate.. ma terrazza panoramica e cucina sono davvero super.

Contro: Si potrebbero migliorare le camere.. Si vede che sono una struttura nuova e mancano alcuni particolari. Possono solo che migliorare , Raffaele è molto attento alla cura del cliente e non farà altro che portare migliorie al B&B

Ideal spot

Pro: The location was great . Close to the train station, funicular, bars, restaurants & shops. The apartmentwas just right for 2, althoughsmall it had plenty of storage. Separate toilet was good. Tha patio was excellent with its beautiful views. Very peaceful considering the busy, noisy streets. Somewhere to chill after site seeing. The kitchen was very well equipped. For a young family would be fantastic. Large TV that we listened to our favourite songs .Safe deposit box , brilliant We met the owner of the building, he was very friendly. We communicated by text & phone call with the staff, they were very helpful & friendly There was milk, coffee, tea, bread, biscuits, jams, fresh orange juice in arrival. Layer in the week there were yoghurts. We didn't expect anythi else atleast we could have a hot drink & a little bit of something to ea .

Contro: Didn't like all the keys to the entrances of the different passage ways to our apartment, although we felt it was secure. At the beginning we were a quite confused with them, especiallyafter travelling& arriving in the dark. Sometimes the lights didn't work in the hall way which was a health & safety risk where our apartment was. The cleaner can't have checked the bread as 1 loaf was green powder & there were out of date croissants & buns too.

A nice place to base yourself in Napoli.

Pro: The Panoramic Terrace is really lovely and a fantastic facility to have in the middle of Naples. Location is terrific, being an easy walk from most places of interest. I was able to park my motorbike right beside the apartment which was very handy.

Contro: You have about five keys just to get to your room! The main door into the bedroom is like a cloakroom closet and the bedroom itself was no great shakes having only velux windows for light. I wasn’t enamoured with the breakfast and in fact decided to forego it altogether and ate locally which was both inexpensive and very tasty.

Pro: Raffaele and Paulo we're very kind and active host! They kindly let us check in early and check-out late free of charge! The room was very cozy as was the bathroom. The location was nice and quiet but also close to the city center if your not afraid of walking a bit. The rooftop is a big plus to this property giving you access to a beautiful view of Neapolitan scenery.
