Palazzo Carafa Santangelo

Pro: E' stata un' esperienza, la camera era grande, silenziosa, ben arredata, il bagno padronale molto grande all'interno di un palazzo storico in piena spaccanapoli. La posizione è centralissima vicina a tantissime attrazioni. E' stato come soggiornare a casa di amici. Non è classificabile come bed and breakfast, in realtà è una camera in un palazzo monumentale di Napoli. Il sig. Luiss ci ha preparato per tre mattine la colazione che avevamo richiesto ed è sempre stato puntuale e gentile. Consiglio questo alloggio a chi vuole passare dei giorni in piena Napoli ed abitare in un luogo storico. La comunicazione con il proprietario è stata facile.

Pro: Posizione perfetta e palazzo fantastico. La struttura è bellissima e pregna di storia. L'accoglienza dei padroni di casa è poi eccezionale. Ottima anche la colazione, insomma una bellissima esperienza nel centro storico di Napoli. Consigliatissimo.

Visit awe inspiring 1470's Palazzo in old Napoli!

Pro: Absolutely stunning suite - tastefully decorated with antique furniture and all amenities you will need - bar fridge, coffee facilities, huge comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and aircon. Located in the older area of Napoli in an awe inspiring 1470's Palazzo - with so much history explained by the proud owner. An excellent, hearty breakfast was served in the luxurious other wing of the Palazzo offering, more antique and modern furniture and a different view of the internal courtyard. Short stroll to all the sites including the famous Archaeological Museum and Stromboli street eats. Easy, written check in! World class venue, operated by true professionals! Highly recommended!

Elegant and comfortable accommodation in the heart of Napoli

Pro: Everything was perfect! The room is beautiful with amazingly comfortable bed and great bathroom. The location cannot be better: it is the historical centre but still a quite building. Great communication with the owner. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Naples!

Elegant and magnificent place offering memorable stay in the historic centre.

Pro: We visited this October as a couple. Great location perfect for those who wish to explore the city by foot and close to train stations that can easily transport you to sites like Pompeii and Herculanum/Vesuvius for the day trip. Despite being in the noisy centre, the accommodation is peaceful and quiet. Beautifully restored medieval palace with fantastic features such as art, original decor and magnificent piano. The room is spacious and clean with chic bathroom and modern facilities. The celling in the bedroom is original 18th (we think) century painted wooden panel. Lovely breakfast included spread of meats, cheeses, eggs, fruit, fruit juices, and excellent coffee. There are other options that you can include in your request, such as musli, sweet spears etc. Breakfast can be taken on the terrace or in the lovely dining room. Lots of nice products in the bathroom including scented candles. Staff is very helpful. Overall, very memorable stay.

Contro: Minor suggestions... We would have liked the room to be made every day. However, there was plenty spare towels and sheets in the wardrobes.

Wow , Stayed here with my daughter & The property was beautiful and opulent ,the owner Gianlugi had spent a lot of time restoring this family property and his love shined through preserving a lot of history as well as feeling modern This is our kind of thing ...Also read the bio of this amazing place , before we arrived Gianlugi sent us easy too follow instructions on how to find the place .( ok we did walk passed the HUGE gate) 😁 once in side it was a calm oasis from the hustle and bustle and sensory overload outside which was perfect.. best of both worlds,, A Totally leisurely Breakfast on the terrace was the icing on the cake served by the lovely Louis .. Would Totally recommend a stay here.. also Be very brave and Get about on the Metro. We did saving a lot of money to see some amazing places

Amazing place in an amazing location. Loved everything about it.

Pro: Spacious room with fantastic super king size bed. Plenty of wardrobe space and a tv that you can access most of your streaming platforms. The bathroom was large with a good sized shower that had really good water pressure. Breakfast was really good and varied and eaten on a large terrace overlooking a courtyard. Very grand. Oh and placed in a secure compound that has gates straight out onto a very busy , Neapolitan street with shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. What else could you want.

Contro: The location is excellent and one of the main reasons we booked this place. But , some none Neapolitan taxi drivers may struggle to get very close. Ours did. But I must emphasise that the local taxi drivers can get you very close .
