Pro: La posizione della struttura è davvero ottima: a pochi minuti a piedi dalla metro e vicinissima al centro, il che la rende perfetta per spostarsi facilmente e visitare la città. Nei dintorni ci sono diversi locali che animano il vicolo sia di giorno che di sera, creando un’atmosfera vivace e piacevole. Nonostante la zona movimentata, l’appartamento risulta sorprendentemente silenzioso, garantendo un buon riposo.
Contro: La struttura si presenta nel complesso ordinata, con una pulizia sufficiente, anche se ci sarebbe margine per migliorare alcuni dettagli. Un aspetto che ho trovato poco curato riguarda la privacy: le finestre sono prive di tende o coperture adeguate, il che rende l’ambiente un po’ esposto. Con piccoli accorgimenti si potrebbe rendere l’esperienza molto più confortevole.

Pro: Posizione strategica x visitare la città. Ampiezza degli spazi. Luminosità e tranquillità della struttura pur essendo nel pieno della movida. Ottimo Wi-Fi e praticità nel non dover portare le chiavi essendo l’apertura della porta automatica con il telefono. Personale presente e pronto a risolvere eventuali problematiche
Contro: Come già letto in altre recensioni la scomodità del terzo piano senza ascensore con scalini non proprio comodi.

Pro: Fantastic location, very good service. Everything we needed. Good value for money.
Contro: Bed a bit too firm for me, and you had to walk through bunk bed room to reach bathroom (not too good for night time). But we had a great stay nonetheless

Pro: Was a bit weary of the location when we arrived but it was fantastic! Perfect size for our family of 4 - walkable to most areas of Naples. Quiet neighbourhood of a day, very vibrant at night!

Pro: Really close to everything in Naples , accommodation was everything we needed as a family of 5. Apartment had everything we needed. Staff couldn’t do enough to check if we needed anything by WhatsApp.

Pro: Very good location of the apartments. The apartment is located in the historical center, but a little further from the crowded streets, so it is not noisy in the evening. Be careful choosing this place if you have physical health or leg problems. The apartment is on the 3rd floor. The host is caring and communicative. I consider the electronic key to the apartment a positive point (it is very convenient not to carry the keys in your pocket), but be careful with the Internet on your phone.
Contro: We arrived at the accommodation at midnight and were tired, and the lack of tea or coffee made us very sad.

Pro: - מיקום מושלם. הדירה קרובה לכל איזורי התיירות. נמצאת בדיוק במרכז העיר העתיקה. בקושי השתמשנו בתחבורה ציבורית. - הדירה קרובה לשפע ברים, בתי קפה ומסעדות. - קיבלנו הסבר מצויין איך להגיע לדירה וכיצד להיכנס אליה. - הבעלים היו זמינים לשאלות ובקשות. - דירה נקייה, בדיוק כפי שתוארה. התמונות תואמות את המציאות, למעט חדר מדרגות שהפתיע אותנו מאוד. - הממצעים והמגבות היו נקיים ונעימים. - בדירה מייבש שיער ומגהץ (אך חסר קרש גיהוץ), יש תנור חימום (לא בדקנו אם עובד). יש מכונת כביסה ואפילו מקום במיני מרפסת לתלות כביסה+ אטבי כביסה. רק חבל שאין אפשרות לתלות כביסה בתוך הדירה למקרה של גשם. במטבח הייתה ערכה קטנה לניקוי כלים, סקוטש ומטלית חדשים ואפילו קפסולת כביסה. - שכחתי מטריה בבית ולהפתעתי גיליתי שישנן מספר מטריות בדירה. תודה!
Contro: - לפני ההזמנה לא ידענו שהדירה נמצאת בקומה 3 ללא מעלית. זהו מידע מאוד חשוב לספר ללקוח לפני שהוא מקבל החלטה להזמין את המקום. - העליה למעלה לדירה מאוד קשה ולא כל אדם מסוגל לעשותה. מה ועוד חלק מקירות חדר המדרגות מתפרקים וחלקים מפוזרים על הרצפה (צילמצתי וידאו, אך לצערי לא מצליחה לצרפו). באחת הירידות למטה נפל חלק די גדול של הקיר על ראשה של הבת שלי. - כלי אוכל במטבח לא היו מספיק נקיים וחלקם הגדול שבור. - במקלחת חסר תנור חימום. היה קר לצאת אחרי הרחצה. - בדירה מזגן אחד בלבד בסלון. בשאר החדרים אין. - היו יותר מידי שלטי מזגן ואף אחד מהם לא באמת הדליק את ההמזגן בדירה. בשלט שתאם את שם המזגן לא עבד המסך, לכן למרות שהמזגן הגיב אליו לא היה ניתן לדעת האם הוא מחמם או מקרר. בעל המקום טען שדווקא השלט הימני (ראו תמונה) הוא הנכון, אך המזגן לא הגיב לו. הוא רצה להגיע לבדוק, אך זה לא הסתדר כי בשעות העבודה שלו לא היינו בדירה.

Pro: lo mejor fue la ubicacion. esas callecitas estrechas llenas de turistas fue muy lindo
