Monolocale carino e centralissimo.
Pro: La posizione a ridosso di via dei Tribunali e San Biagio dei librai. Letto abbastanza comodo. Bagno funzionale con doccia. Spazio cucina ottimo con piastra elettrica,tavolo con 2 sedie. Moka per fare il caffè con busta lasciata a disposizione e zucchero. Lo consiglio.
Contro: Purtroppo a causa di mancanza di spazio non è presente il bidet.

Lovely!
Pro: Everything was amazing. The host let us leave our luggage earlier, since we arrived a few hours before the check-in. Apartment was clean, we had everything we needed. We even got a basket with a few small Nutellas and jams, as well as croissant and breads for start. Location was extraordinary! It’s in the center, yet it is not noisy since it is not right on the main street. We definitely recommend this place whether you’re planning for a short or a long stay in Naples. :)

Lovely little bedsitter right in the heart of Naples.
Pro: Our host was very responsive to any requests we made and she offered us lots of advice about eateries and attractions. Excellent location. No need for a car. Lots of eateries and things to see and do right on your doorstep. Comfortable bed. Good bathroom. Good to have washing machine and small clothesline. Microwave and electric kettle handy. We were pleased to have sheets and towels changed during our 12 nights. Nice to have small basket of breakfast items to get us started.
Contro: I understand that the building is very old. The following comments are not meant as criticisms as they relate to structural issues. The kitchen was not very functional for a long term stay as it was partially tucked in under the stairwell so it was awkward to move about in it and to open cupboards. The stairs to the appartment were very steep and shallow and one flight was exposed to the elements. It was very difficult getting the suitcases up.

Pro: Great location, very close to several historic buildings, famous streets etc. The hosts were very kind, the communication with them was great, we had some additional requests that they fulfilled. The apartment itself is small but everything is in order, we didn't miss anything and the bed was comfortable.

En el centro histórico de Napoles, super centrico.
Pro: La ubicación perfecta, en el mismo centro histórico a menos de 5-10 minutos de todas las atracciones. No necesitas transporte publico, llegas a todo andando. El apartamento completísimo cuarto, baño por separado y la cocina completa incluso con horno. Además nos dejaron todo tipo de complementos en la cocina para cocinar: aceite, sal, condimentos, infusiones, café, etc. Tanto el propietario como la chica que limpia la habitación hizo la estancia muy agradable facilitandosnos lo que necesitabas. Contactabamos mediante whatsapp y nos ayudaron muchisimo. Incluso el dia de la salida nos dejaron dejar las maletas hasta la hora de nuestro vuelo. Una muy buena elección en el centro de Nápoles.
Contro: No puedo decir que no nos gustara, para nosotros no fué un inconveniente, pero indico unas cosas: * Lo único que no tenia el apartamento era Televisión * El acceso es en una zona de edificios muy antiguos y hay basura por las calles, pero es que todo Nápoles es así. Luego ves que el edificio es seguro, todo está limpio por dentro y es cómodo. De hecho el edificio es patrimonio de la UNESCO. * No hay ascensor, pero es normal en edificios históricos. Son tres pisos pero de muy fácil acceso.

Très bon rapport qualité / prix.
Pro: Proximité avec les rues touristiques / restaurants. Rue calme, bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Très bien accueillis, propre, équipements fonctionnels.
Contro: Difficulté à ouvrir la porte le premier jour, Porte salle de bain transparente : pas beaucoup d’intimité, vu sur les toilettes depuis le lit.

Pro: bardzo dobra lokalizacja, dobry kontakt z personelem, funkcjonalność obiektu, ale trzeba wdrapać się po wysokich schodach.
Contro: Nie wszystkie urządzenia wyposażenia działały.
