Pro: Posizione ottima. Fermata metropolitana raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Zona tranquilla anche rientrando tardi la sera. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Risposte ai messaggi veloci .

Contro: Materasso letto matrimoniale un po' duro.

Esperienza positiva

Pro: La posizione in zona Mater Dei molto tranquilla e con i mezzi pubblici (metro) relativamente vicina al centro di Napoli. Accoglienza molto calorosa. Abbiamo apprezzato molto alcune bibite lasciate in frigo e dei taralli di benvenuto. Inoltre Rosa ci ha dato molti consigli utili sui posti da visitare e dove andare a mangiare. Appartamento spazioso per noi che eravamo in 5 persone.

Great accomodation choice

Pro: Good appartment for our family of three, clean, well equipped and modern. Beds were comfortable, shower is hot and powerful. There's air conditioning in both bedrooms and heating is via independent boiler with thermostat which allowed us to set the temperature we wanted. Kitchen is well equipped. The area is safe and pretty quiet, supermarket at 2 min walking distance and the Materdei metro station is at 5min. As for eating, there's two pizzerias 5min away, Cantina del Gallo and Pizza Starita, which I reccommend, especially Starita. The host is friendly and communicative and accomodated the check-in an hour early, we appreciated it.

Contro: Some things could be improved, but these may fall under personal preference: - Pillows a little too hard for my liking - No coffee machine, just a coffe pot, not my preffered coffe making method - No electric kettle, I had to resort to microwave to heat some water - Sound insulation is about average, there was some construction/renovation in the building which spoiled the tranquility of our stay.

Pro: Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment is modern, very clean, and cozy – exactly as shown in the photos, maybe even better in person. It has everything you need for a comfortable home-like stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to all the little details that make a big difference. The location is excellent – close to the metro and with easy access to the city center. The hosts are incredibly kind and warm people who welcomed us with great hospitality and a smile. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place! ❤️

Pro: Rossella and her mum were extremely friendly hosts. The communication in advance was great, so that the appartement was easy to find and the check-in was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend the accommodation for a trip to Naples.

Lovely accomodation in quiet location, hosts very helpful with any questions.

Pro: The acomodation was great for us - myself, husband and 2 adult children. Rooms were spacious and was well equiped with washing machine, microwave, cooker/hobs, fridge freezer (also all the little bits -washing up liquid, oil, seasoning, coffee). Good powerful shower, and towels provided. Location was perfect for us, quiet neighbourhood and 2 mins walk to local supermarket, 7 mins walk to metro. Host met us at the accomodation, sent us details of metro and local places to eat/visit and also left us some treats - which were much appreciated.

Contro: If anything pillow was a bit hard for my liking, but thats just personal preference (didnt stop me sleeping!).

Pro: location is a quite area, 5 mins walk from the metro station (MaterDei). On our second day we even walked to the city center which took us only a bit more that 30mins walk. Spacious rooms - bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. Apartment is reachable with only a couple of steps

Contro: all was ok, just to say something - no toaster :)

Very enjoyable stay in the bright and quiet apartment, not far from the all the attractions.

Pro: Nice and quiet location in Naples, away from the buzz of the historical center but just a few mins walk from the metro station. The grocery nearby. Apartment was very bright and spacious, very clean. Well equipped kitchen. The host was very friendly and was very flexible with check in /out timing. We loved our stay would would definitely like to come back.

Pro: Everything was amazing! The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from major landmarks. Cleanliness 10/10, and the host is super kind! Would definitely recommend. Everything 10/10!
