Pro: l’appartamento si trova all’ultimo piano di un palazzo signorile con servizio di portineria. è ben arredato e accogliente. ha un terrazzo spettacolare. la zona è molto centrale.

Great short break in a central location in Naples.

Pro: Great location and 360 degree panoramic view from Terrace. Early check-in and assistance from Mario. Close to shops & restaurants.

Contro: Although the facilities were good, some terrace furniture were showing signs of wear and tear.

Great apartment in a good location. Roof top area was fantastic.

Pro: The roof top is superb. The host was a great first experience. Bedrooms a great size and the location was excellent.

Contro: The only thing missing for me personally was a seating area instead the property.

Pro: The apartment is as advertised, Mario is an excellent host, communication was great from the moment we booked the apartment and all the way until we checked out. Quiet neighbourhood, weather was hot but A/C worked without hiccups. The terrace is amazing.

Contro: Nothing in particular.

Pro: The highlight is the breathtaking terrace with a panoramic view of the entire city – absolutely stunning at any time of day. Perfect location in the city center, just a short walk to the sea, the promenade, and a wide selection of restaurants and bars. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Despite being in the heart of the city, it’s located on the top floor, making it incredibly quiet and peaceful.

Contro: If I had to nitpick, the elevator is quite small. With four people and luggage, we had to take turns using it. However, this is common in Italy and more of a general architectural thing rather than a drawback specific to this apartment.

Pro: The location is excellent : close to the city landmarks, just in the heart of the lively area and still on a quiet street. The terrace view was on top of anything with its picturesque view and the apartment has anything you could need. Mario was very kind and well-prepared to provide us all the info needed. I enjoyed my stay and I recommend it thoroughly.

An excellent choice for two couples or a family.

Perfect stay in a very vibrant city.

Pro: Everything, very clean, perfect location in the quieter part of Napoli ( if there is a quiet part!) Roof top views are beautiful. Host was very friendly and accommodating.

Pro: The views of Naples are absolutely amazing! We loved sitting on the private, large rooftop, experiencing the beauty of Naples-ocean to hilltops. We loved the location of this apt, as most places were walkable. (We are 2 adults, 2 kids - 18 & 11 yo.) Lots of excellent restaurants and shopping near by, and very safe. Modern apartment with all of the amenities. (Just fyi, we ate all of our meals out, and did not cook.)

Contro: Be prepared to walk up/down one flight of steep and narrow stairs. We had small suitcases that made things easier, but if you have larger, heavier bags, it would be a little challenging getting up and into the apartment. The elevator accommodates 2 people and a couple of carry-ons. So we needed to take 2 trips to get up to the apartment. The elevator takes you to the 5th floor, and then you have to walk up one flight of stairs to get to the 6th floor.

I would highly recommend it, the location is brilliant and the rooftop terrace is stunning.

Pro: The roof top terrace was fabulous, amazing views of the city. Whole apartment was spotlessly clean. Very nice bathroom too.

Contro: Didn’t like the memory foam mattresses, so not much sleep, but that’s a personal thing.
