La location migliore di sempre
Pro: La posizione: non poteva essere migliore. La terrazza panoramica mi riempiva di gioia ogni volta che mi affacciavo. Gli spazi ampi ci permettevano di avere privacy anche se eravamo in 7. Per un gruppo come il nostro la location è stata perfetta.
Contro: I bagni avrebbero bisogno di una rinfrescata, infatti la host ci ha detto che è in programma a breve. E' al sesto e ultimo piano di un bellissimo palazzo ma un po' datato e l'ascensore può trasportare max 3 persone. Quindi noi essendo sette salivamo in tre turni, ma questo è solo per andare a cercare il pelo nell'uovo perché i pregi superano di gran lunga i difetti.

Pro: Posizione Top! Appartamento meraviglioso molto ampio e molto bello con un potenziale incredibile.
Contro: Necessiterebbero, a mio avviso, dei piccoli lavori e ritocchi nei bagni, nei tendaggi e nell’ insonorizzazione delle macchine dell’aria condizionata. Un recupero generale renderebbe la struttura perfetta!

Pro: Fantastica Romina e suo padre che ci hanno accolto in modo perfetto dandoci la possibilità di entrare prima nell’appartamento e posare le valigie

Casa accogliente e in posizione eccellente
Pro: Posizione fantastica per girare la città e anche per gite fuori Napoli (Pompei, Caserta …) perché è vicina alla metro. Ottima accoglienza.

Amazing location, great space in the beating heart of Naples
Pro: It's a great apartment, spacious, with an incredibly central location. We were a group of 4, but it could easily host 6 or more.
Contro: The location is superb, except for the noise in the evenings. Light sleepers beware! We stayed when Napoli won the football. Three days of chaos followed, with all-night partying, right by the apartment. We all suffered from a lack of sleep. This was good luck for Napoli, but bad luck for us. However, in general, having stayed here twice before, the weekends are very noisy in general. Overall, the apartment is lovely. However, it does lack certain essentials in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. If these were added, it would make a stay smoother and more comfortable. The kitchen needs more cooking basics, such as chopping knives and boards, utensils, glasses, and cloths. The dishwasher needs servicing. The bathrooms lack bins, toilet roll holders, hooks, and a decent shower head in one of the bathrooms. The beds are comfortable, but it would be good to have a wardrobe in every room, plus bedside lamps. Little things, perhaps. But they could make a huge difference to a stay.!

Weekend break with friends
Pro: Fabulous spacious loft apartment. Very comfortable and well fitted out for self catering. Great location if you want to be in the heart of the shopping area, bars, and restaurants and don't mind the constant buzz outside. Great balcony space too. Very comfortable beds..
Contro: Only one hairdryer between 4 of us and inadequate toaster, otherwise difficult to find fault.

Perfect base for exploring Naples, loved every minute, the property is a quiet retreat in the heart of the madness !
Pro: Great location, city centre right above subway, great views, comfortable beds, spacious, The caretaker Romina was fantastic for handing over And keeping in touch, nothing was too much hassle - very much appreciated.
Contro: No issues at all.

Spacious and contemporary apartment in the beating heart of Naples
Pro: A great base to explore Naples from. The apartment is spacious, light, and comfortable. Super terrace with fabulous views. It's great for a group of 5 or 6. It is in the very centre of Naples, so evenings and nights can be very noisy. A few issues we had with equipment were speedily sorted. One point to correct on the description. There are only 2 bathrooms. The other is a toilet only. The other thing is that not all bedrooms had a wardrobe or a rail. But, as a whole, a great apartment. Looking forward to returning soon!
