Pro: In zona abbastanza centrale, raggiungibile comodamente dalla stazione centrale e ben circondata da negozi e servizi. L'appartamento era spazioso e luminoso, nuovo in termini di ristrutturazione e l'host ha fornito elementi per la prima colazione o generi primari per chi arriva e non ha modo di fare la spesa (caffè, brioche, acqua, etc...) veramente apprezzata l'attenzione alle prime necessità!

Contro: Forse andrebbe segnalata con più attenzione la mancanza di ascensore ed il piano. Persone con ridotte capacità motorie potrebbero avere problemi a raggiungere l'appartamento visto che è l'ultimo del palazzo. È vero che è scritto si trovi ad un piano elevato (ed io non ho avuto problemi in merito) ma in ottica di miglioramento forse può essere utile un'enfasi maggiore per prevenire futuri malcontenti o incomprensioni.

Pro: Appartamento molto pulito e in centro, proprietaria gentilissima, ci ha permesso di fare io check-out alle 17 perché avevamo il treno la sera. Consigliatissimo per una famiglia o un gruppo di amici!

Pro: Appartamento molto bello recentemente ristrutturato, molto vicino al centro storico e alla stazione centrale di Napoli. Condizionatore in tutte le stanze e camere molto ampie. Bagno non molto grande ma con tutto quanto necessario.

Contro: Quinto piano senza ascensore, ma l'esperienza ti fa dimenticare la fatica.

Ottimo appartamento vicinissimo al centro

Pro: Appartamento pulito e appena ristrutturato in ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro a piedi, spazioso e con tutti i servizi necessari. Host gentile e disponibile.

Pro: The apartment is spacious, recently renovated, and located in a typically Neapolitan building. It is situated in the historic center, close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, the port, the central train station, and the Duomo metro station. In one bedroom, traffic noise can be heard, while in the other it cannot. Those who are light sleepers can use the bedroom with a window facing the stairwell :) The walls are thick, so you don’t hear noise from the kitchen/bathroom or other neighbors in the bedrooms. Overall, we had a good experience.

Great apartment in very convenient location

Pro: The apartment is very clean, bright and modern with great facilities. It is spacious and comfortable. It is located in an old traditional block, on the fifth floor which adds to the experience of being in Naples. It is about a 10-15 minute walk from everything we visited in Naples such as Garibaldi Station, Spaccanapoli, Via Toledo and the port.

Contro: Breakfast wasn’t supplied daily as expected.

A great place to stay in Naples

Pro: Drinks and breakfast options were provided, which was very helpful. The place was spacious and clean. The electric window shutters were very good. The shower was easy to use and the air conditioning was in every room. The location was handy, close the the main train/bus station, with easy access to restaurants and takeaways. We would stay here again if we came back to Naples. Travel hint: there is a great Pizzeria close by \

Contro: The traffic noise at night was louder than we are used to. There were 5 flights of steps to negotiate on arrival, but we soon got used to this.

Pro: Clean, spacious, functional, close to station / metro / historic centre

Pro: Very good apartment, very very big, didn't expect to be so big.

Contro: It was on the 5th floor, no elevator. No problem for us, but it is good to be known.
