Pro: Ottimo alloggio in centro città. Fornito di due camere da letto matrimoniale molto spaziose, entrambe con un balconcino e una di esse con bagno privato + 1bagno separato, cucina e sala da pranzo. Facile muoversi con le metro, ne hai due a disposizione vicine. Metro duomo e Metro università . Host gentile e sempre pronto per qualsiasi richiesta e di supporto. Siamo stati benissimo. Grazie :)

Pro: Bello l'appartamento, perfetta la posizione per visitare tutti i punti di interesse, ottimi i servizi, disponibilità nella richiesta di culla per bambini. Consiglio sia a famiglie che coppie.

Pro: L'appartamento si trova all'interno di un bellissimo ed elegante palazzo ottocentesco, risulta molto confortevole, luminoso e appena ristrutturato, dotato di tutti i servizi necessari anche per un lungo soggiorno; si presenta pulito e arredato con cura e gusto, dispone inoltre di un'ottima vista da tutte le esposizioni. Ottima la posizione: in pieno centro e vicino non solo alle principali attrazioni turistiche ma anche ben collegato grazie alla metro e alla vicinanza della stazione centrale. L'host, Massimo, molto disponibile e accogliente: ha addirittura fornito un elenco di siti culturali da visitare e ottimi ristoranti in cui gustare i piatti tipici della cucina napoletana!

Estremamente consigliato per godervi appieno il vostro soggiorno a Napoli.

Pro: Appartamento molto bello e di recentissima ristrutturazione, in un palazzo sul centralissimo Corso Umberto I, in posizione strategica per raggiungere comodamente a piedi molti dei luoghi caratteristici di Napoli: il Duomo, Chiostro di Santa Chiara, Cappella Sansevero (Cristo velato), via di San Gregorio Armeno, via dei Tribunali, Spaccanapoli, Napoli sotterranea ecc. Volendo poi c’è anche la fermata metro a due passi. Il proprietario, Massimo, molto accogliente e disponibile.

Great apartment and in an excellent location for exploring Naples

Pro: Massimo is a very friendly host and arranged for us to leave our bags until apartment was ready. He followed up to make sure everything was in order and met us personally. The apartment is in a very lively busy part of Naples but the apartment is quiet and the elevator to the 5th floor always worked well. There is one short easy flight of stairs from the elevator to the apartment. As others have noted there is no lounge area but the two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are great to have. Showers are small in size but quite functional. The kitchen space is well set up. Excellent air conditioning in both rooms.

Contro: There is no microwave or iron if that’s important to you.

Pro: Top location, clean, nice apartment and wery kind, welcoming host :)

Contro: May be only a coffee machine will be perfect , beside there are plenty of coffee places around

This is an outstanding apartment in a beautiful building in a great location.

Pro: The apartment has been beautifully modernised, is very comfortable and well equipped and is quiet. It is on 5th floor (with great views) and has a good lift. It also has a good little supermarket and bakery just round the corner - with lots of restaurants and food/coffee options close by. It's walkable to most attractions. We used the Metro system to get from the train station but there are other easily accessible public transport options around the city. Massimo was a fantastic host. Our plans changed and he was very responsive and very helpful. He provided us with recommendations and he was happy to be contacted with questions during our stay.

Contro: Nothing - we would stay here again if we returned to Naples.

Pro: The location is excellent, just a short walk from the city center, making it easy to explore many attractions. The apartment is situated on the 4th floor, but there is an elevator for convenience. While the city can be noisy, the apartment itself is quiet. It features two bathrooms—one in the hallway and one en suite—as well as a well-equipped kitchen. Overall, I felt very safe during my stay here.

Contro: The city is noisy, but it's not the fault of the apartment, the flat is quite calm, but in general, I recommend having ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise like me.

It was great time in Naples.

Pro: The apartment was clean and comfortable. Two bathrooms was additional convenience. The host Massimo was helpful and very kind. He welcomed us leaving drinks in the fridge and sending useful information related to Naples. The apartment is situated very close to restaurants, the train station, underground and Port in Naples. Thanks to that we could visit in easy way Pompeje, Mugnano and take a course to Capri. I really recommend it.
