Pro: Struttura elegante con ampi spazi ben distribuiti e arredati. Posizionato in contesto storico (l’abitazione è situata all’interno di un palazzo storico, meta quotidiana di visite turistiche). Le stanze, particolarmente accoglienti e dotate di ogni comfort, spiccano per il design moderno con la quale sono state concepite. Logisticamente ben posizionato a pochi passi dalla fermata della metro.

Contro: Unica pecca ? Da rivedere la manutenzione nei bagni, purtroppo un lavabo risultava essere sturato. Segnalo inoltre la presenza di condensa nella prima camera, ciò ha comportato la presenza di un fastidioso odore di muffa.

Pro: Appartamento bellissimo in una via molto caratteristica

Ottima soluzione per gruppi di amici

Pro: Posizione super. casa dagli spazi ampi e ben manutenuta. Tempistiche di Risposta del gestore quasi immediate.

Contro: La casa è gestita da una società e non dall’effettivo proprietario. Quindi dialogo e servizi conseguenti. Nello specifico: - un solo mazzo di chiavi (nonostante la casa fosse per 8 persone e nel contratto vi facciano firmare di averne ricevute 5 con tanto di penale in caso di Smarrimento) - arrivati alle 23,00 (pagando 30€ di late check in) troviamo nel frigo 2 bottiglie da 50 cl di acqua (per 8 persone!) - se avrete bisogno di lasciare i bagagli per girare il giorno della partenza (check out alle 10.00 tassativo) dovrete trovarvi un deposito. Il gestore non ha soluzioni da proporre se non un link ad un noto sito di servizi.

Pro: The size of the place was amazing. We loved the location and would stay there again. Overall beautiful place

Contro: Minor nit. The lack of a moka pot and coffee supplies for their espresso machine was surprising, and we couldn't find any kitchen towels

Palazzo dello Spagnolo ... stay in a palace in Naples ? OK...

Pro: The location was great; the building itself is special, a tourist attraction that had a regular flow of visitors which made staying there feel even more special. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. I will miss standing on the Kitchen balcony sipping espresso and watching the chaotic flow of humanity below.😀

Contro: There is nothing that I can think of that we didn't like,

Pro: The apartment was very spacious and beautiful, everything was perfect. Our host Giuseppe was also very helpful during our trip.

Excellent unique location . All we needed in Naples was walkable

Pro: The property is unique . Very large had everything we needed as a family . Three bathrooms and well stocked kitchen much appreciated

Beautiful and comfortable place suitable for exploring Naples and environs.

Pro: Spacious, lovely place, and great location for spending time in the city.

Contro: The hosts could provide more cooking utensils, breakfast bowls, chopping boards, pots and pans etc, currently a few eclectic antiquated pieces.

Fantastic apartment in a great location.

Pro: Beautiful, extremely spacious apartment, right in the centre of the old town. Close to the metro and surrounded by fantastic restaurants the location was excellent for the things we wanted to do.

Contro: We didnt find the seating very comfortable. It would have been good to be able to access our Netflix accounts as all of the TV was in Italian.

Superb stay in a real life palace

Pro: Everything from start to finish. Superb apartment… felt like royalty . 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Great fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is so spacious. Andrea was a super host and nothing was too much trouble even when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the apartment 🤦🏽‍♀️ . Would highly recommend .
