Pro: Struttura con 9 persone comoda e spaziosa,pulita in zona tranquilla ma comoda per raggiungere tutto, host disponibilissimo.

Pro: Posizione ottimale, eravamo a 10/15 min a piedi da spacca Napoli e Napoli sotterranea, dai quartieri spagnoli e 20 min a piedi da piazza del plebiscito. Host super gentile e disponibile, ci ha addirittura fatto una guida su cosa visitare e un elenco di posti migliori dove mangiare ristorazione e pizza napoletana vera! Noi eravamo in 4 ma ci sarebbero stati due letti liberi, aria condizionata, appartamento super pulito e super attrezzato! Super super consigliato!

Ottima posizione e spazi generosi

Pro: Ottima struttura in posizione centrale con spazi generosi. Il nostro gruppo era di 6 persone distribuite su 3 camere ma può tranquillamente ospitarne almeno 2 di più. Comodo anche il terrazzino che da sul porto con piccolo salottino. . Come scritto è al 3 piano senza ascensore quindi poco adatto a chi ha problemi di deambulazione. Comodi i materassi. Da rivedere i soffioni della doccia.

MERAVIGLIOSO SOGGIORNO

Pro: Bella casa grande adattissima anche a due nuclei familiari, molto pulita e con un bellissimo terrazzo a tasca vista mare e Vesuvio.Aria condizionata molto buona e soprattutto 50 MT dalla metro

Contro: Unica nota stonata sono le scale molto ripide e strette ma nel centro di Napoli rendono molto più verace il soggiorno

Pro: Ottima posizione vicina alla metro e al molo beverello. Casa accogliente e pulita con un bel terrazzino vista porto

Contro: L’esterno del palazzo è molto vecchio e andrebbe ristrutturato

Large, great, cozy and modern apartment

Pro: Everything was great. Location - close to the port and metro. Facilities - modern and cozy. Owner - when we needed something, she willingly provided and also advised during a public strike.

Contro: Some things need minor repairs - loose towel hook, which will not detract from the overall impression of the stay. Steep stairs to the apartment. But if you are away all day (f.e. explore the city and surrounding islands) and go down and up once, you can overlook that.

Pro: the apartments are conveniently located to walk to the old town, to the bus stop to the airport and the meeting point for the excursion to Etna. Very attentive hosts, they went out of their way to accommodate a late check-in. They met us personally to hand over the keys, inform us and give us recommendations for our stay in the city. The apartments had everything we needed in a kitchen and two bathrooms. The beautiful terrace on the balcony with armchairs, a sofa, a table and blankets were a very nice bonus. Early check-out was not a problem at all, we left the keys and the tourist tax on the table, slammed the doors and that's it. I highly recommend the apartments and the hosts. I will definitely come back here again

Contro: It would be nice if there was tea in the apartment however this is not necessary.
