Accogliente e confortevole

Pro: Appartamento Pulito e ordinato. Francesco, host sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Ci ha dato degli ottimi consigli. Posizione perfetta a 5 minuti dal duomo e 10 da spaccanapoli

Contro: Unica nota che essendo noi un gruppo misto, sarebbe stata utile la tavoletta del wc

It is ok for a short stay but the pictures are far better than the apartment actually is.

Pro: The location is very good. The WiFi is also very fast. The apartment size is OK for 2 adults and 2 kids. The bed was comfy.

Contro: We wrote to the owner in advance about our check-in time, which he confirmed in writing. But when we arrived at the location, the room was not ready, and the owner wasn't there, only the cleaning personnel. So we dropped off our bags and came back to the apartment later. We paid the city-tax (per person per night) to the cleaning lady in cash, and we never received a receipt or confirmation of payment. The apartment did not have some of the amenities in the kitchen, as were shown in the picture (e.g. no electric kettle). The wires and internet router were hanging off the wall by wires, as it had fallen off the wall. The bathroom over-head shower did not work, and the bathroom door was broken, i.e. it could not be closed at all, this is a problem when there are 4 people in the apartment. Also the glass séparée of the shower cabin was not secured correclty and a hazard for kids. And although the bed-linens and towel were clean, they were really badly stained. The owner was aware of the problems and wanted to send a plumber to fix the issue during our stay and asked us to be at home when the plumber comes, but we politely told him that we had other plans.

Pro: The location was perfect to walk to all the sites, train station and 24hr taxi stand.

Contro: No internet connection which was frustrating as I needed to book ongoing travels. The owner tried to assist but it didn’t work.

Clean accommodation in the center of the city

Pro: Francesco welcomed us on time, he told us good information about the city and the house. All information and photos shown in the home listing were exactly the same. The location of the house is in the center of the city, If you are coming by car, if you are lucky, you can find free parking on the street.

Pro: Very clean and centrally located and good value for money.

Pro: Muy buena Ubicación, céntrica. La estación queda a 1 parada de metro o 10 minutos caminando. Francesco muy dispuesto a ayudar, se nos olvidaron unos anteojos de sol y pudimos coordinar enseguida para recuperarlos!.

Contro: Tener en cuenta que al ser una zona céntrica y el edificio probablemente con muchos departamentos temporales, a la noche se escucha un poco de ruido, pero nada muy grave.

Pro: Todo bien. Francesco fue muy amable, puntual y atento.. muy recomendable.
