Aurora's house Materdei

Ottima struttura, pulita e accogliente, e comoda per gli spostamenti. Super consigliato.

Pro: Host gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi dubbio e per check-in e check-out. Posizione centrale e super comoda per gli spostamenti in metro (fermata Materdei a pochi passi). Struttura piccolina ma accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort (l'host ci ha anche fornito caffé e merendine per la colazione e tutto il necessario per il bagno, accorgimenti sempre apprezzati e mai scontati). Letto e divano letto comodi. Bagno arredato con gusto e cabina doccia molto apprezzata. Cortile interno con panchina comodo per sedersi e bere un caffé.

Contro: Mancanza del bidet (anche se l'host correttamente segnala il bagno come bagno alla francese). Un pó di luce in piú sarebbe stata perfetta ma moltissime strutture a Napoli non lo consentono. Ció non toglie nulla all'ottimo soggiorno. Piccoli accorgimenti a serrature (come la porta del bagno che non si chiude a chiave), tra l'altro già segnalate dall'host all'arrivo, e la struttura diventa perfetta.

Pro: Il proprietario Luca, gentilissimo. Location buona è vicino alla metro a pochi passi. Due supermercati, farmacia, panificio e pizzeria.

Great appartment for 2

Pro: Good location close to the metro station. Nice host who speaks a bit of english. The appartment was well cleaned and everything worked.

Contro: The kitchen is very basic. We were unaware that we had to pay extra for airconditioning, although it ended up being only 3 euros a night for the 2 of us.

Aurora House Materdei

Pro: The venue is a 5 min walk to the Metro station which is extremely efficient and took is to where we needed to be quickly and without any issues. I liked the washing machine to do our laundry. The kitchen was well stocked and equipped and the bathroom very clean and modern. We loved the outdoor area with bench to be able to drink our morning coffee in a peaceful setting. Luca was extremely helpful and friendly. Google translate helped with the language challenges of Italian and English.

Contro: Mater Dei is a a quietish area but we were there at a time of the year when quite a few restaurants were closed. So August is not a good time to go because it is Italy's summer holiday, however, a train drive to Toledo is a few Metro stations away and there are lots of shops and restaurants with a great vibe. Initially we struggled to find the house because Booking.com didn't indicate a property number and people living just up the road tried to help but couldn't because of this. However we managed to get hold of Luca on WhatsApp and it ended well.

Udany pobyt. Miejsce do polecenia na kolejne wyjazdy.

Pro: Obiekt łatwy do znalezienia, pomocne wskazówki gospodarza. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Wyposażenie super. Ręczniki, papier toaletowy, płyn do mycie i inne drobiagi są zapewnione.

Contro: Drobne rzeczy: twardy materac na jednym z łóżek i uszkodzony korkociąg do wina :)
