Pro: Bell'appartamento in un bel palazzo d'epoca in una splendida zona chic e tranquilla.I letti sono comodi. Enrico è stato solerte, cortese e disponibile.

Contro: In questo bed&breakfast purtroppo mancava il breakfast. Per la somma che si spende ci si aspetterebbe di trovare almeno zucchero, caffè e the. O una convenzione con un bar o un caffè.

Pro: Grazie caro Enrico, una casa meravigliosa e un proprietario molto gentile.

Pro: La posizione e la confortevolezza di spazi ampi e molto ben curati

Pro: Posizione Centrale nel cuore del quartiere Chiaia, a 10 minuti dalla villa comunale e 15 minuti a piedi da Piazza Plebiscito; collegata al Vomero tramite funicolare.

Perfect location in Napoli

Pro: Central location in a very classy district of Napoli. The apartment is spacious and confortable. Many shops around, many good restaurants, best pizza of Napoli just next door. Highly recommend the place

Contro: Napoli can be noisy at night so dont forget earplugs. Kitchen equipment limited

Great property which needs some finishing touches.

Pro: Great location, great building with a lift. A very spacious apartment, warm and clean. Could be 10/10 if some minor finishing touches were applied.

Contro: The living room lacks seating suites. The only foldable sofa can only sit 2-3 people, while the property hosts up to 6. A couple of extra armchairs or another sofa would make this room much more comfy abd usable. There are absolutely no mirrors, apart from the tiny mirrors in the bathrooms. A big mirror in the entry foyer is a must to make this property shine. And lastly, please upgrade your kitchen utensils, cutlery and invest in a microwave and a toaster! The kitchen equipment feels like from the 1970-s! Which is fun but not exactly what you would expect from an otherwise well-presented accommodation.

Excellent property, perfect for families.

Pro: The property is in an excellent location, family friendly zone, with lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. The apartment was large with 2 bathrooms and as a family of five made our stay very comfortable. The rooms are all spacious, beds comfortable. The property is very clean and well looked after. It felt like a home for our 5 night stay. The property owner was very helpful and available to us at any time. He kindly let us leave our luggage at the apartment before check-in so we could explore Napoli without them. I would recommend this apartment for a stay in Napoli and will happily book again on our next stay in Napoli.

Elegant property that is well situated for meandering around Naples

Pro: Property is elegant with high ceilings and two bedrooms with separate bathrooms. The dining room and both bedrooms had their own air conditioning units with personal controls. The kitchen was neat and came with a mocha pot and coffee! Enrico was a very welcoming host and answered all of our WhatsApp questions—both for advice on activities and when we asked about an iron for wrinkled clothes. Location was excellent! Walking, it was less than 5 min from a Metro station (Piazza Amedeo) and around 10-15 min meander to the bottom of Via Toledo. The neighborhood was nice and there is a Michelin-guide pizza place just a few doors down (Ciro 3.0).
