Pro: La struttura è centralissima ed ideale per girare la città a piedi, l'alloggio è spazioso, luminoso, arredato con gusto, silenzioso e pulito.

Contro: L'appartamento si trova al 3º piano senza ascensore ed è un dettaglio da tenere a mente per chi ha problemi di mobilità o bagagli pesanti.

Pro: L'appartamento è in una posizione centralissima e molto piacevole. È molto spazioso pulito e con un arredamento moderno e funzionale i serramenti sono ben isolati soprattutto dal rumore che potrebbe provenire dalla centralissima via Chiaia. L'hostess è molto gentile le ha prontamente risposto a tutte le mie richieste. Alloggio fortemente consigliato.

Contro: Unica pecca è il fatto che l'appartamento si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore con una scala piuttosto ripida per cui non adatto a chi ha bagagli molto voluminosi.

Pro: La soluzione idea per trascorrere una vacanza a Napoli . Appartamento situato in una bella strada centrale di Napoli raggiungibile a piedi I siti più importanti da visitare . Casa comoda ,luminosa e assolutamente accogliente . Un particolare grazie alla Signora Elena che ci ha fatto sentire a casa !

Napoli fantastica … Napolina House ancora di più!!!

Pro: Comodissima e bellissima. Posizione strategica e vicinissima ai punti di maggior interesse. La proprietaria Elena, gentilissima e disponibilissima. Ci ha dato ottimi consigli e sempre pronta ad aiutarci nell’utilizzo della struttura estremamente all’avanguardia (apertura da remoto). Quando torneremo a Napoli speriamo che ci sia disponibilità perché con un bimbo piccolo (3 anni e mezzo) e’ stata veramente un’ottima soluzione.

Contro: Nella perfezione della struttura, un paio di rampe di scale in meno potevano starci😂😂

Pro: La posizione e i confort all’interno dell’appartamento

Contro: 3 piani di scale senza ascensore

Napolina House, Chiaia

Pro: The location of Napolona House was perfect for our three night stay in Naples. There is a great selection of restaurants and takeaways to choose from. Our host, Elena, was excellent with comunicating local knowledge and allowed us to check in early. I would highly recommend Napolena House for a Naples city break.

Contro: The only slight negative is that the apartment is on the third floor with no lift, and the steps are quite a difficult climb.

Loved our stay, the apartment, the location and the Host !

Pro: We’re a family of four and absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is spacious, beautifully designed, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Check-in was super easy — we really appreciated the self check-in with a code and the fact that there were two sets of keys, which was very convenient for a family. For anyone familiar with Naples, the location couldn’t be better — truly right where you want to be! What made our stay exceptional was Elena. From the moment we booked, her communication and recommendations were outstanding, and throughout our stay she checked in to make sure everything was perfect. Her help with tips and logistics made all the difference. Thank you, Elena, for being such a wonderful host!

Contro: Not much to dislike, maybe one thing in case missed it in the description - the apartment is on the 3rd floor without a lift. If you have large/heavy bags make sure you can manage taking them up and down the stairs or pack lighter :)

Fantastic Stay

Pro: Spacious apartment in a fantastic location, clean and with all comforts. Elena our host was very helpful.

Contro: 75 steps up to get to the apartment since there is no elevator. TV is outdated and needs to be replaced or add a TV BOX to be more fuctional.

Wer Ferienwohnungen mag, wird sich hier sehr schnell wohlfühlen.

Pro: Für uns (3 Erwachsene) war es prima, dass es zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Sanitärbereiche gab. Auch wegen der ausgezeichneten Lage entschieden wir uns für Napolina House. Die Via Chiaia ist der Übergang der Stadtteile Chiaia und Spanisches Viertel. Gleich um die Ecke ist man außerdem an der Promenade am Meer und über die Gradoni di Chiaia erreicht man in wenigen Minuten den aussichtsreichen Corso Vittorio Emanuele und so auch den Stadtteil Vomero mit Castel Sant` Elmo. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ist daher, wer das mag, eine gute Alternative zu den vielen Lokalen in direkter Nachbarschaft. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin lief völlig unkompliziert über WhatsApp.

Pro: Ubicación, limpieza equipamiento del apartamento y que la propietaria nos permitiera dejar las maletas hasta la tarde

Contro: La única pega del apartamento es wue no disponía de ascensor y subir las maletas hasta un 3°, es duro máxime con unos escalones altos
