Pro: The location on the 1st place was super convenient for our places of interest. The apartment has a typical southern italian decor. Big and spacious rooms, 2 terraces, 2 baths, good size kitchen. The issue we had was handled promptly by the maintenance staff. The elevator is definitely a plus, especially if you carry suitcases.

A haven in amongst the hectic pace of Naples
Pro: We were met in person and Luca was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is bright and spacious and in a great location. The terrace is a lovely space to relax in.
Contro: Some more equipment and condiments in the kitchen would be great, and the dishwasher was out of action, though these are minor issues when the apartment itself is so nice.

Pro: We loved our stay here. Situated in the middle of everything, the neighbourhood had a terrific vibe. The property was authentic and spacious, and the terrace was great for chilling after a long day out. Would definitely stay here again.

Pro: The location was perfect in the centre of the Centro Storico near a variety of good cafes, bars, restaurants as well as close to historical sites.
Contro: There was no number of the property so it took us a while to meet up and get the keys. The bath did not function. The wifi was slow and intermittent 10 cents pieces were required for the lift, which were hard to come by

avec peu de choses ce serait parfait
Pro: Emplacement central au cœur du quartier animé de spaccanapoli mais appartement très calme à 1/4h du metro Dante. Beaux meubles. Grands espaces. Bonne climatisation.Terrasse où on peut dîner le soir ( nombreux traiteurs ou équivalents dans les environs)
Contro: L appartement n est pas très bien entretenu : peintures écaillees à de nombreux endroits. Robinetterie vieillotte, rideau de douche au lieu d une cloison, fleurs non arrosées, desséchées, sur une terrasse. Il y a un lave vaisselle mais il ne marche pas. Très peu de produits à disposition . : il y a un lave-linge mais pas de lessive , pas de gel douche, 2 petites cuillères, pas d huile ou de vinaigre. Pas de grille pain. C est dommage avec peu de choses ce serait parfait Par ailleurs Comme dans tout ce quartier de Naples l immeuble, la cage d escalier sont assez délabrés. L ascenseur marche mais il faut payer 10 centimes à chaque fois ( c est partout pareil à Naples paraît il). La taxe de sejour est à 5 euros par personne et par jour contrairement à ce qui nous était annoncé.

Fantastisch, we komen zeker terug.
Pro: We zijn van het station naar het appartement gelopen en kregen meteen een goed beeld van de stad, lekker levendig. We werden beneden opgewacht met de sleutels en kregen een fijne instructie, de tijd hadden we ook afgestemd en het was in overleg ook mogelijk om wat eerder te komen. De sfeer in het appartement is geweldig, heel authentiek en fantastisch ruim. Met zijn vieren vonden we het perfect, vooral ook het terras waar we elke ochtend ontbeten tussen de planten en de zwaluwen om ons heen vlogen. Wilden we wat gaan doen? Dan stond je beneden meteen in hartje centrum en was alles prima aan te lopen.

Beautiful quiet apartment with tall ceilings
Pro: We were in Naples in February, which means no experience with air conditioning, etc. Heating was good. We were able to enjoy the back terrace a couple of times when the weather was sunny: that was a delight! Central Naples is a hectic place with a lot of foot traffic and a lot of noise, but this apartment was a pleasant surprise in that it stayed quiet during the night, in the middle of all that excitement and upheaval. We slept great! Man, those tall, tall ceilings! That made us feel like we were staying at a palace, not in an apartment! Having two bathrooms was also very convenient and an unexpected luxury. Everything is within a walking distance of the apartment.
Contro: We loved the beautiful floor tiles and the bright wall paint - though the latter could use a good amount of retouching. This actually made for an authentic Naples experience: everything looks great in that city, until you notice the peeling paint )
