Un appartamento adorabile

Pro: Abbiamo adorato questo appartamento: pulito, luminoso, confortevole e situato in una posizione strategica, a pochi passi dalla fermata metro Toledo, da Spaccanapoli e dai Quartieri Spagnoli. I proprietari sono stati estremamente accoglienti e disponibili, tanto al check-in quanto al check-out. Se dovessimo tornare a Napoli (speriamo accada presto!), senza dubbio sceglieremmo ancora questo alloggio.

Perfetto per chi vuole dormire a Napoli

Pro: È la seconda volta che soggiorno in questo appartamento che considero fantastico. Luminoso, accogliente, pulito e in una posizione eccezionale. Inoltre lo staff è cortese e disponibile.

Pro: La casa è confortevole, bella è piena di luce e pulita. La posizione è straordinaria, i servizi eccellenti e lo staff cordiale e molto disponibile. Il mio non era un viaggio di piacere e le persone dello staff con cui ho avuto a che fare sia dal vivo che telefonicamente hanno fatto il possibile per soddisfare le mie richieste. Ci tornerei con estremo piacere, questa volta però spero per un soggiorno si fini ricreativi

Contro: Se proprio devo indicare qualcosa non mi è piaciuto è il chiasso che fanno nel ristorante di fronte nella piazza. ma questo problema non dipende da chi gestisce la struttura

Great Location

Pro: The staff are very professional and friendly. They gave clear instructions and met us to show us the apartment. They also shared lots of great tips for restaurants and attractions. The apartment is in a very good location with lots of great restaurants around it. The Toledo metro station, Funicular to Catel Sant Elmo and SpaccaNapoli are all in easy walking distance. Also there are lots of genuine Gluten Free restaurants nearby.

Pro: The apartment is very cosy, really clean and spacious, equipped with all that you need and more! The location is just perfect, you are in close proximity to all: old town, the harbor, one of the best shopping streets, many restaurants and bars, all in walking distance. Amazing service and support before arrival and during the stay!;) We recommend staying there, you will be guaranteed satisfied !))

An excellent location to explore the lively city of Naples.

Pro: Very central location; easy walk down to the seafront. The main railway station was about a 25 minute walk, as was the Archaeological museum. A wide variety of restaurants were within a short walk and there were some small grocery stores nearby too. There's a taxi rank over the road too. The apartment has two bedrooms (the smaller has views of Mount Vesuvius) and a central living area. The balcony is a great area to watch over the square with a glass of something.

Contro: It was initially a bit of a challenge to find the entrance as it's not signposted. The owner sent video showing how to get in, however it might be good to have a 'what three words' or similar location for the enterance. Other than that, no real issues - the square is noisy until late at night, but the apartment's reasonably soundproof with the windows closed. Or go out and join the noisy but good-natured crowd! The apartment is on the 5th floor. There is an lift, but on occasion (and we could not determine a pattern to this) it needed a 20 Euro cent piece. Other times it's free. The owner did leave a small pile of 20 cent coins in the room, but for the first ascent - with luggage - it could be a challenge. Hint: it does take 20p pieces too, but it needed five of them, a poor exchange rate!

Sehr schöne und große Ferienwohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern direkt im Zentrum von Neapel

Pro: Wirklich schöne große Ferienwohnung direkt im Zentrum von Neapel. Die Via Toledo und das spanische Viertel liegen innerhalb von 5 MInuten zu Fuß rund um die Wohnung. Schönes Badezimmer mit toller Dusche und Waschmaschine. Das Wohnzimmer beinhaltetet eine Küchenzeile mit grundlegender Ausstattung. Es gibt einen Herd mit Creanfeld und Backofen. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind sehr schön und ausreichend groß. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Zusätzlich wurde mehrmals während unseres Aufenthaltes die Handtücher gewecheselt. In der Umgebung gibt es mehrere Einlaufsmöglichkeiten und auch einen sehr guten Supermarkt. Dazu mehrere wirklich sehr gute Restaurants. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Contro: Die Schlüsselübergabe ging über Schlüsselkästen mit Code und WhatsApp Kommunikation und Videos. Das war grundsätzlich ok aber ich hätte kein WhatsApp gehabt wäre es schwierig geworden. Der Aufzug funktioniert (währenend der Arbeitszeiten des Concierge) nur mit 20 Cent Geldeinwurf. Grundsätzlich auch ok aber wir mussten ständig 20 Cent Stücke sammeln. Insbesondere mit Gepäck schwierig wenn man kein Kleingeld hat. Die Umgebung ist insbesondere am Wochenende auch Nachts sehr lebhaft. Das ist an sich sehr schön und angenehm. Die Wohnung ist aber nichts für sehr geräuschempfindliche Menschen. Für uns war alles ok. Im Zweifel sollte man Ohropax einstecken. In der Küchenausstattung hätten wir uns ein Brotmesser und etwas Olivenöl und Pfeffer gewünscht (Salz war vorhanden).
