Pro: Appartamento praticamente nuovo, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. La posizione era eccellente, centrale e comoda per esplorare la città a piedi. Stefania, persona meravigliosa, è stata incredibilmente disponibile, gentile e attenta alle nostre esigenze, fornendoci consigli utili sulla zona. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare e consigliamo vivamente questo appartamento a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno confortevole e di qualità.

Pro: Struttura di recente ristrutturazione, accogliente, pulita e ideale per gruppi (max 4) di amici o piccola famiglia. Posizione centrale, a due passi da piazza Dante e piazza Bellini; silenziosa di notte.

Ci tornerei molto volentieri; lo consiglio

Bright, quiet and spacious appartment - absolutely recommended!

Pro: Very cosy and big appartment, centrally located, only a 4 min walk from the Metro station, but nevertheless really quiet at night, bed is very comfortable, too. Stefania was a great host and always available - upon arrival there was no hot water in the bathroom sink and she immediately sent a technician and it was all fixed the next day.

Contro: We arrived end of December and first it was pretty cold in the appartment (I guess it was maybe not booked for some weeks or so), but the AC/Heating was working very well and up from the 2nd day all was fine. For the winter months a small fan heater for the bathroom would be convenient, as in the mornings it was a bit chilly in there. And some clothes hooks would be beneficial ;-)

Pro: We were delighted with Ferdinando Royal House. Stefania allowed us to check in early and met us with the keys. She kept in touch to make sure we were ok, gave suggestions on where to eat and arranged a car to the airport when we left. There was a bottle of wine and some water in the fridge, which was a nice surprise. The apartment is in a busy part of the city but was peaceful, quiet and very clean. It is bright and airy and the a/c works well. There is a token attached to the key ring which gives you free access to the lift. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The Metro, shops and restaurants are a short walk away. We didn't spend a lot of time in the apartment so didn't need luxury, Ferdinando Royal House was very good value for money.

Pro: Stefania est formidable : de notre arrivée et jusqu à notre départ tout a été parfait. Elle nous a donné des bons conseils pour organiser nos visites. L appartement est très bien. Le balcon est très appréciable. Tout est parfait

Pro: Metró közelben, csendes utcában található az apartman. Stefania nagyon segítőkész és figyelmes volt velünk. Èrkezésünkkor borral várt minket és több boltot, éttermet és látványosságot is ajánlott nekünk.

Pro: - Ładne, odnowione mieszkanie z ładną łazienką. Duży plus za duże lustro i dużą umywalkę, gdzie było sporo miejsca na wszystkie przybory i kosmetyki dla trzech kobiet:) - Stefania jest przemiła i bardzo pomocna, czekała na nas do późnych godzin, abyśmy mogły się zameldować po późnym przylocie, a w mieszkaniu czekało na nas wino. Do tego informowała mnie o bieżących wydarzeniach w mieście, a także o ciekawych miejscach, co było naprawdę fajne! - Wygodne łóżko w sypialni. - Balkon ze stolikiem. - Dojazd windą (3. piętro). - W pobliżu jest kilka małych sklepów, a także większa ulica z licznymi straganami i sklepami. - Dobrze, że poza roletami w oknach są też firanki (co niestety nie jest regułą w wynajmowanych mieszkaniach), więc w mieszkaniu jest i przyjemniej i intymniej. - Dobrze działający internet. - W łazience był szampon i żel pod prysznic, a nawet szczoteczki do zębów z małą pastą (przydatne, jeśli ktoś o tym zapomni). - Cicha okolica.

Contro: - Mieszkanie jest chyba na booking od niedawna, więc myślę, że będzie pewnie jeszcze doposażane. Przydałoby się trochę wieszaków w łazience oraz na kurtki przy wejściu, a także kilka mebli typu jakaś szafka/komoda w pokoju i w sypialni, aby było gdzie kłaść swoje rzeczy. Poza tym OK.
