Pro: Host gentilissimo e super disponibile, l’appartamento era dotato di tutto e super pulito. Posizione ottima, vicinissima a Piazza Bellini. Se dovessimo tornare a Napoli sicuramente sceglieremo nuovamente la casa vacanze di Tourist Experience.

Ottimo appartamento a due passi da centro.

Pro: Appartamento ben curato, pulito, ambiente giovanile e accogliente. Posizione comodissima, si arriva a piazza Dante in qualche minuto di passeggiata. Proprietario disponibile e gentile ad un prezzo molto accessibile. Esperienza da ripetere.

Well equipped, nice and very centrally located appartment

Pro: I stayed two weeks. The apartment is very centrally located. It is on a sidestreet uphill off of Via Toledo and facing an inner courtyard. It is on the first floor; no elevators but that was totally fine and not needed. The area and the appartment building is located in a typical, original, lower income, a bit run down Neopolitan zone. Nevertheless the apartment itself was well renovated, well equiped, well furnished - especially the kitchen. It had from condiments to an umbrella as well as shower gels and a washer everything one needed. Domenico, the owner, is very friendly and helpful. He was kind enough to pick me up from the main train station and even invited me for pizza. Those gestures i really appreciate and valued, but...

Contro: ...ultimately, it’s business. When something was inconvenient or not in his favor, solutions were slow or unavailable. For example, the shower didn’t work properly—I reported it Saturday/Sunday, but it was fixed only on Wednesday, two days before departure and with no hot water. I also asked about leaving luggage after checkout; initially, he said “sure, we’ll find a solution,” but two days before leaving, he replied formally: “Not possible, checkout 11am.” Check-in/out times were another issue. Booking stated 3pm–10pm, but he repeatedly asked me to arrive by 6pm, even though my flight landed at 8pm. He eventually offered to pick me up from the main train station at around 9pm. At checkout (11am), I was a few minutes late, and he tried to enter the apartment, unhappy because he promised new guests the place at 12:30pm. I’ve never experienced such rigidity before. Two other details Photos show a bright apartment, but it faces an inner courtyard and is quite dark during the day and one has to turn the lights during the day. An autistic child in the building had loud tantrums daily—crying and shouting like a siren at 5am for at least an hour and a half nonstop, plus banging against the walls and noise throughout the day and late evenings. Not the owner’s or his family's fault, but worth mentioning to be aware. One definitely needs ear plugs otherwise the tantrum, his dad's singing and general noise (Vespas being started, shouting, singing, drilling...) will keep you up late or wake you up early.

Pro: Everything :) Domenico was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation met our requirements, whether it concerns cleanliness, comfort or accessibility. The port is located 30 minutes walk from the accommodation and provides the possibility of trips to places like Positano, Procida or Ischia. We also liked the hustle and bustle of Naples, but we were also looking for a little escape to quieter places and they were easily accessible. In these hot days (June) a functional washing machine was a great advantage. Coffee, tea and basic ingredients were waiting for us to fine-tune our home cooking. There are also groceries, restaurants, bars and the metro nearby. The landlord also asked questions about our satisfaction and was willing to help us. I give it 10*

Fantastic Stay!

Pro: The host was so great and made it easy to work with my schedule for arrival and departure. The apartment was lovely and had everything I needed including coffee and a comfortable bed!

Muy recomendable

Pro: Todo bien, anfitrión muy majo siempre predispuesto a ayudar, ubicación muy buena, precio inmejorable, casa limpia, con servicios como netflix gratuitamente.

Contro: no había horno funcional

Nápoles auténtico

Pro: Pequeño piso en zona céntrica con lo básico. Cama cómoda, escritorio, aire acondicionado, cocina, mesa de comedor y lavadora.

Contro: Limpieza mejorable en rieles de ducha y cajetín de la lavadora, menaje un poco justo, cabina de ducha estrecha, tendedero para la ropa ridículamente pequeño. La cuesta desde Dante tiene unos 300 metros y hacia la mitad se hace muy empinada, la casa está prácticamente arriba de la calle. Hay que esquivar motos y coches porque las aceras están llenas de vehículos, cubos de basura y tendederos con ropa.

Dobre na krótko. Jeszcze lepsze na dłużej

Pro: Mieszkanie było czyste i dobrze wyposażone, a lokalizacja blisko metra i stacji kolejowej ułatwiała zwiedzanie. Sprawdzi się dla jednej osoby lub pary. Łóżko wygodne, da się wyspać. Można też popracować bo internet jest dobry. Jest miejsce do pracy z telewizorem który można wykorzystać jako monitor. Gospodarz pomocny i kontaktowy. Chętnie doradzi jeśli nie jesteście zorientowani od czego zacząć lub gdzie zjeść.

Contro: Warto naprawić spłuczkę bo marnuje się woda
