Pro: Posizione centralissima, appartamento molto pulito e confortevole. Proprietario molto disponibile

Pro: La posizione è perfetta per visitare la città. Sei in un cortile interno perciò si riesce a mantenere una certa tranquillità dalla strada per quanto possibile. Proprietario di casa gentilissimo e nel soggiorno è a disposizione per chiarimenti.

Contro: La casa è umida per via della zona e il bagno ha solo una piccola finestrella, quindi fa molta condensa. A disposizione solo un rotolo di carta igienica per tre persone in quattro giorni.

Pro: L''accoglienza di Fabrizio è stata calorosa e genuina sin dal primo momento e si è subito reso disponibile nel fornirci consigli preziosi su cosa visitare nella zona e dove gustare deliziosi piatti locali. L'appartamento è curato nei minimi dettagli e gode di una certa tranquillità; infatti pur essendo in pieno centro, fa parte di un condominio con cortile privato che isola l'abitazione dal caos. Perfetto per ogni tipo di soggiorno e in grado di adattarsi su misura alle esigenze di tutti. Sicuramente ritorneremo presto!

Pro: Property was in a great location, everything within walking distance. Fabrizio the host was very accommodating and helped with local attractions and making sure my stay was great. Also the bed is very comfy

Pro: The apartment is located close to the city center.There are many small shops nearby where you can buy water, fruit, and all the essentials.The apartment itself is situated on the ground floor and partially extends into the basement (if it can be called that).Inside, everything is clean, and the furniture is quite new.The owner is very pleasant and sociable, always trying to help with everything.The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a coffee machine, air conditioning, a refrigerator, and more. Among the advantages is a quiet inner courtyard with chairs and tables.

Contro: I think the main downside is the noise at night. However, by the end of the second or third day, we had already gotten used to it, and the noise no longer bothered us when sleeping. (But I recommend bringing earplugs, just in case.)Before we arrived, the previous guests had broken the kettle,but it was a minor issue - we just boiled water in a pot. 😁

Pro: Really nice location close to Piazza Dante in the downtown, but at the same time quiet and peaceful. The host was very kind and helpful. The apartment is brand new, well equipped with nice inner decoration and clean. We spent a weekend in Naples and each day it was so good to get back to our accommodation to relax after a tiring day.

Perfect location and cleanliness

Pro: Extremely convenient location, close to Piazza Dante, in the heart of Naples, but at the same time very quiet and peaceful. The host was very kind and caring. The apartment is brand new and was uncompromisingly clean. The entrance is from the inner courtyard of the building, where there is a small garden - a wonderful place to relax after the noise of the city. We were the three people and we felt great.

Contro: We were at the end of April and the temperatures were quite low. There was no heating in the bedroom and it was quite cold
