Marina sea view apartment

È stato uno dei migliori soggiorni, valutando tutte le cose, che io abbia mai fatto!

Pro: Tutto. Posizione ottima, in 10 minuti a piedi eravamo davanti alla galleria Vittorio Emanuele e poco più di 5 minuti eravamo in piazza municipio. L’appartamento molto ordinato, pulito e accogliente. Per non parlare dei proprietari, Marina e la sua famiglia sono state persone squisite, molto disponibili e cordiali. Anche la zona dov è situato l’alloggio è sicura e tranquilla.

Pro: Appartamento spazioso e pulito, proprietaria super gentile e disponibile. Posizione ottima per andare in centro città, a due passi dalla metro duomo e sotto ha un supermercato fornitissimo per ogni evenienza

Contro: Purtroppo la zona è piena di barboni e gente che dorme per strada, immondizie e spazzatura sparsa in giro ma è un po' ovunque così a Napoli. Non so se era il periodo sovraffollato o è così sempre.

A beautiful open plan, on the doorstep to the Ferry to Capri and the best host in Italy.

Pro: The host was absolutely lovely and helped us with booking the Ferry to Capri, where to find the best pizza and ever question we had (which was lot's of them). The place was amazing. After being cramped in tiny rooms that were dirty and facilities like showers didn't work etc, we opened the door and couldn't believe how beautiful it was. Every detail was considered, was easily the treasure of our holiday.

Contro: I only booked it for three nights. We should have stayed longer, it was just perfect and the host is an absolutely gorgeous human being. Make sure you stay here if you are in Naples, it is remarkable.

Really worth the stay

Pro: Both, the location and the apartament were excellent. A short walk to the metro, a 15 minute stroll to the marina. In both cases, You can access the city via the metro Line 1 and the surrounding islands (like Ischia) or even the Amalfi coast with a cruise on a speedboat. The apt was spacious and easily accomodated the three of us. The view of the marina was also great.

An relaxing and joyful stay!

Pro: An exceptional polite and helpful hosts. Large, comfortable and nicely arranged and equipped apartment. A perfect location for visiting Naples and the islands around. It is on Duomo street, a walking distance from the Duomo and all historical streets and Piazza Plebiscito, and Marina port. There is a supermarket exactly next to the entrance of the building, banks, pizza and cafeterias. The host has left very good coffee and suits. It is on the noisy Marina street, but is quite and without disturbing noise during the night in the bedroom. There were elevators without need of coins. A bus stop of the airport shuttle Alibus at Porta di Massa, different than the one at Stazione Marritima, is across the street inside the port, next to a restaurant. Will be happy to stay again in the apartment next time.

Contro: Nothing. Everything was fine.

Beautiful marina view apartment.

Pro: This was the best apartment I stayed in my trip to Italy, the host welcomed us with some treats, explained all about the property and gave us some useful suggestions. The apartment was clean, they even had toys for my toddler. The apartment is equipped with all you need for a pleasant stay and even more. The VIEW to the Naples marina is what I enjoyed the most. It's close to the City Center and the Marina, and a 20 minutes walk or one subway stop to the train station. I think the photos of the apartment don't make justice to it, it was more than what I expected. There is also a market in the building what is very convenient. I fully recommend it.

Grande, bello, pratico!

Pro: Un très bel appartement, étage élevé, avec un petit balcon fort agréable, vue sur l’île de Capri et le mont Saint Elmo. Super pratique pour les visites, avec l’avantage de ne pas être dans l’hypercentre centre chaotique. L’accueil était des plus efficaces et convivial. De plus, on nous a conseillé les meilleurs restaurants de Naples 🙌🥂

Great view, 10 minutes walk to historic city, spacious apartment

Pro: Wir sind herzlich begrüßt worden von Marina. Sie war auch sehr hilfreich, wenn man andere Anliegen hatte In der Wohnung hatte sie schon Kleinigkeiten (Kekse, Marmelade, Kaffee etc.) bereitgestellt, das war sehr lieb. Auch in der Küche findet man nützliche Lebensmittel; ansonsten kann man sie einfach im Supermarkt unten im Haus kaufen. Der Blick ist fantastisch auf den Hafen, die See und Neapel, auch wenn die Straße einiges an Lärm mit sich bringt. Das Haus sieht von außen nicht schick aus, aber von innen ist alles gepflegt und in Ordnung. Wir haben uns sicher und wohl gefühlt.

Contro: Die Beschreibung und die Bilder sollten mal angepasst werden. Leider gab es in einem Schlafzimmer nur 1 großes Doppelbett und im zweiten Schlafzimmer nur 1 Einzelbett, das hatte ich aus der Beschreibung anders erwartet und so mussten wir auch im Wohnzimmer (gleichzeitig Küche und Eingangsbereich der Wohnung) schlafen.

Pro: El trato de los anfitriones: extraordinario. Nos facilitaron la estancia en todo lo que solicitamos.. La amplitud del apartamento y sus maravillosas vistas nos gustó mucho. La ubicación cerca del puerto

Comfortable and affordable two bedroom apartment with View of seaport

Pro: The apartment is very clean, spacious and fresh The view of the seaport is very pleasant. The host, Marina, is very gracious and responsive to your requests. There is a grocery store at ground level in the same building with just about all you need! It’s a three minute walk to Metro station Duomo, 15 minute walk to Circumvesuvia station Porto Nolana,the start/end point in Naples. Ten minutes past Nolana you will reach Garibaldi station and Napoli Centrale train station.

Contro: The neighborhood is a bit noisy at night but you are in Naples. The actual street level building entrance is somewhat dodgy as are the elevators in the building. The apartment is on 8th floor , so it’s best use the elevator.
