Napoli sempre bella….. struttura al centro, due passi da San Gregorio…. Ma appartamento da rivedere in tante cosine!
Pro: Ottima la posizione e l appartamento molto accogliente
Contro: Il bagno piccolissimo e la doccia sporca. Pavimento sporco. Colazione assolutamente misera. Poi il fatto che io debba scendere e gettare la spazzatura ha dell incredibile, visto anche la stanza situata al quinto piano e scendere con valigie e spazzatura si rivela un impresa! Wi-Fi esistente ma nn funzionante….nessuno dei cinque in casa e’ riuscito a collegarsi.

Lovely visit in centrally located apartment with very helpful and lovely host
Pro: So central! Comfy beds and nice view from terrace.
Contro: We found the stars quite challenging but no problem if you are fit, and nice to be high in the city!

Pro: Location was good. Apartment was well equipped. Property owners and managers were amazing and very helpful.
Contro: No lift The terrace wasn’t part of the apartment you have to go up more stairs to get to it.

Great location, fantastic host and overall a great place to stay.
Pro: Great location with steps away from bars, restaurants and local sites. The apartment had a terrace which was fantastic and the inside was clean, spacious and had a good feel. The beds were very comfortable. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating, with suggestions on things to see and do as well as restaurants.
Contro: The apartment is on the top floor. Great for the terrace, however we are a family of 5 and carrying the luggage up was difficult. They have a pully lift however, wasn't sure on it's reliability for our luggage. We enjoyed our stay.

Pro: Die Lage am Ende der Via dei Tribunale nur 20 min zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof ist klasse, die Terrasse wunderschön. Durch die hohe Lage bekommt man vom Trubel der Tribunale kaum etwas mit. Unten angekommen, stehen unzählige Restaurants, Minimärkte etc. zur Verfügung, die gesamte Altstadt breitet sich aus. Paolo, der Eigentümer der Appartments, ist sehr zuvorkommend. Einziger \

Super zentral. Sehr nette Vermieter! Für vier Leute perfekt.
Pro: Sehr zentral in unmittelbarer Nähe der Via dei Tribunali. Über WhatsApp unkomlizierter und sehr netter Kontakt mit Vermieter. Viel Platz durch zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer und extra Raum mit Küche und Couch. Blick auf Dom von Dachterrasse.
Contro: Kleine Info wäre super, dass Essen bei Ankunft für gesamten Aufenthalt als Frühstück dient. Entspricht sicherlich dem kleinen italienischen Frühstück, dafür war es aber super (Milch, Cornflakes, Butter, Brot usw.). Wir haben unkompliziert und preiswert nachgekauft (zwei starke Teenager haben stets Appetit ;-)).

Neapel mitten in der Altstadt.
Pro: Lage mitten in der Altstadt, Übergabe war gut. Schöne Terrasse. Neapel ist selbst in Italien einzigartig. Info kein Lift 5 Stock mit 152 Stufen!
Contro: Das Müll Problem in Neapel muss sehr groß sein. Mehrere Infos, dass der Müll jeden Tag (nicht im Haus) entsorgt werden muss

Un bel endroit pour une belle découverte !
Pro: L'emplacement, à mi chemin entre la gare et les monuments que nous souhaitions visités ! L'originalité du logement et sa décoration qui est sympathique. La terrasse qui est agréable avec une très belle vue ;) Nos différents interlocuteurs qui ont été aux petits soins malgré un couac de clé !
Contro: Pas grand chose à inscrire ici, des petits détails : il me semble que ce n'est pas explicite dans l'annonce que l'appartement est au 5 ème étage sans ascenseur (et concretement il y a deux volées de marche d'escalier par étage) et que la terrasse est partagée (de manière intelligente qui plus est) et qu'elle ne donne pas directement sur le logement (il faut monter quelque marche depuis les parties communes)

Pro: El piso es hermoso y silencioso aunque está en pleno centro. Paolo super anfitrión, nos ayudó con todo. La terraza es increíble.
