Pro: Struttura molto accogliente,pulita e dotata di ogni comfort situata in una posizione strategica, a pochi minuti a piedi si arriva nella zona centrale e dista pochi minuti dalla metropolitana. Host molto disponibile per qualsiasi informazione per poter godere al meglio il proprio soggiorno.

Pro: We were able to leave the luggage and take the keys before official check in time, that was great! The apartment is awesome, it looks really nice and is very big. Everything you need is there, including delicious coffee! Totally recommend!
Contro: The only thing we could complain about is the WiFi, it worked on the 1st day and then did not work at all on the 2nd and 3rd :( and the mobile network coverage worked only in the kitchen area, that was quite weird.

Pro: Good location close to main train station. Very helpful staff, even gave us a lift to train station after our stay. Clean place, coffee, croissants supplied for breakfast. Good size apartment. Washing machine and dryer very helpful. Great value for money.
Contro: Top floor, so many stairs to climb with suitcases, but can't be helped.

Great, we enjoyed, super host very helpful.
Pro: Great location in the centro storico, within few steps from several attractions (Santa Chiara, Duomo, decumani, cappella Sansevero, San Gregorio Armenians, Sanita). Lots of shopping bars and Restaurants nearby.
Contro: The staircase to the apartments are steep, no problems in general but could be tricky with elderly people

Хорошая квартира в удобном месте.
Pro: Просторная квартира, чистая, есть все удобства, посуда и кофе. Стиралка и сушилка современные (бак у сушилки в дверце). У нас потекла батарея, но хост всё довольно быстро решил. Ванная и кухня чистые, постель тоже, всё гигиенично. В целом очень хороший вариант.
Contro: Пол холодный, берите тапочки.

One of the best equipped apartments we’ve ever rented on vacation and tops in seven cities in Italy we’ve stayed at duri
Pro: It is easily one of the best and most comfortably equipped apartment we’ve stayed at. The apartment is centrally located and close to transportation and walking distance to Centro Storico as well as all other sites worth visiting. It was clean, spacious, had great water pressure and hot water, a perfectly functioning A/C and heater , two perfectly functioning late-model high quality TVs, a perfectly working coffee maker, a generous supply of coffee, a welcome basket of croissants and bottled water, a darning/mending/sewing kit (can you believe it?), a separate washer and dryer (recent model, easy to operate and fully functional), a balcony and huge windows. The staff (telephone and in person) were great, very accommodating and allowed us an early check-in and late checkout on our request. I highly recommend this property when visiting Napoli.
Contro: Our arrival was not ideal. Our greeter wanted us to sign what the company called “a contract” in Italian which we refused to do. This led to a minor disagreement and an actual argument between us, our greeter and another person on the phone she called to help explain why we needed to sign this. Language may have contributed to a large extent to this unfortunate misunderstanding. In retrospect, I would have signed it without qualms if they had the contract in English. What a difference this unfortunate start differed from the rest of our stay and our experience in the property and our contacts.
