If the Apartment View is Important, this one is for you!
Pro: The view from the balcony is the best feature. Cheerful, spacious interior. Good location. The host was efficient, timely and communicative. Entry procedure in to the apartment was very smooth.
Contro: Not a dislike. I had not read of the Naples City Tax and luckily had sufficient cash to be left for the host.

Great view, fantastic owner, overpriced flat
Pro: Alessandra, the host, is terrific: attentive, proactive, courteous, sharp and always promptly available. Her advices added joy to our stay. The view from the balcony and the windows is indeed spectacular, and the photos are truthful. Some details are memorable, like the porthole in the second bathroom. The flat is sizeable, comfy and clean. Two bathrooms ease the stay of larger groups. Wi-Fi works. The area is fine and close to amenities.
Contro: All considered the property is overpriced. The furniture is OK but patchy and plasticky. The place is safe, the locals are kind and inviting, but the area is not the best in Naples. The flat is better suited for good weather, less suited for rainy days, when water pours onto the terrace. (Nobody's fault, but bring mosquitos repellent, you will need it.) So, worthwhile if you want to enjoy an impressive view, and be guided by a great host, less so if you value elegance and confort over sunsets.

Our favourite stay during our five week tour of Europe
Pro: During our five week trip to Europe this was easily our favourite stay. The host, Alessandra, was incredibly helpful with suggestions on the local area as well as helping us to arrange a taxi when it was time to go. The checkin and checkout processes were easy and she kindly allowed us to store our luggage for a few hours as well. We just loved the beautiful apartment. It's quirky, incredibly spacious and the view to Vesuvius is magic. The location is great. Easy walk to the waterfront and historic areas. Great restaurants nearby too and the area is safe to walk, even at night. Be mindful that the street is next level narrow - our private tour operators needed to collect us from around the corner as it can be really difficult to get down the street depending on parking. An exceptional stay that we were sad to leave. Would 100% stay here again if we ever return to Naples.

Home away from home! The location, terrace, the apartment, the view was perfect for our family stay
Pro: The location was perfect; away from the busy streets but super close to everything. Close to city centre, waterfront, restaurants. The view was breathtaking and the apartment so homely and well kepted!
Contro: It would have been nice with some more practical info upfront of where to dispose trash, how to check out, how to use the kitchen facilities.

Pro: Sometimes the picture in the website looks so good you wonder if this the reality. Well, in this case, it is the reality and and even only part of it. Alessandra was more than amazing: Helped in everything we needed without an exception - internet, taxi, getting around and more.. The apartment is wonderful and the view magnificent. It is close to the center and everting is within a reach.
Contro: You do need attention on small children near the stairs and balcony but the overall experience was excellent and was worth every penny.
