Modern apartment in old city- feel the beat of Naples street while still feeling safe and sleeping calm at night.
Pro: Great localization, beautiful, modern apartment. You are in the heart of centro storico but still it is not loud. You have near metro Toledo, supermarket, port with ferries and all you could want to see. The contact with object is exceptional. They are friendly and helpful. I recommend this place to everyone.
Contro: I wouldn’t change a thing.

Ruhige Nächte mitten im quirligen Zentrum von Neapel, nahe am Himmel mit Sicht ins grüne. (
Pro: Zentrale und doch sehr ruhige Lage, Stil der Wohnung.
Contro: Der Kühlschrank hat war zuviel für das elektrische System und hat die Sicherung rausgehauen. Schon beim Einckecken wurde das Problem erkannt und Abhilfe versprochen. Bei unserer Abreise nach vier Tagen war noch kein Elektriker da. Ob das mit der Festfreude nach dem Fussballerischen italienischen Titel für Napoli zu tun hatte? Wir hatten trotzdem einen tollen Aufenthalt, nur die Milch ist zwei mal sauer geworden.

Tolle Lage
Pro: Tolle Lage - helle Wohnung. Küche prima eingerichtet. Schöne Aussicht.
Contro: Die Wohnung kann man, ausser mit einem Miniluftgebläse, nicht heizen. Deshalb war es ziemlich fröstlig bei unserem Februar- Aufenthalt.

Pro: Bardzo duże i wygodne mieszkanie w dobrej lokalizacji - praktycznie na tyłach ogrodu majolikowego. Kilka minut spacerem na Montesanto, gdzie rano chodzimy na kawę, a wieczorem na rybę :) Cicho, spokojnie i ciepło (byliśmy w lutym)

Appartement central dans Naples
Pro: Emplacement central de l'appartement, à l'entrée du centre historique. La communication avec l'agence était facile. Ils sont très arrangeants pour le check in. L'appartement a tout ce qu'il faut pour y passer une semaine comme à la maison. Literie confortable.
Contro: Logement mal ventilé, c'est très humide à l'intérieur (séjour en janvier) Appartement mal insonorisé avec le voisin d'à côté. On pouvait les entendre parler comme s'ils étaient dans le salon avec nous. Il n'y a pas de balcon contrairement à ce qui est marqué sur l'annonce.

Pro: O Studio fica em um edifício antigo, até feio, em uma ruela que desemboca numa avenida movimentada. Dá um certo receio, mas Napoles é assim mesmo. Mas quando você entra no quarto, ele é maravilhoso! Totalmente reformado com tudo de primeira qualidade. Não há nada a reclamar, só a elogiar. A localização é ótima, perto de restaurantes, mercados, metrô. Fizemos quase tudo a pé. E o rapaz que nos atendeu (Stefano) foi muito atencioso, e a equipe de suporte também.
Contro: Apenas o edifício ser antigo, mas em Nápoles é tudo assim.

Newly remodeled spacious apartment, thoughtfully designed and centrally located!!!
Pro: This apartment exceeded my expectations! The photos don't do it justice—it’s clean, welcoming, spacious, and comfortable. The newly remodeled interior is thoughtfully designed, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The owners didn’t skimp on amenities; there were plenty of extra towels, linens, and bathmats, and having a washing machine made it feel like home. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here!
Contro: After two months of traveling with a lot of luggage, the host's assistance was invaluable. He helped me carry my bags up the stairs, as the elevator stops one floor below the top of the building. Without his help, it would have been quite challenging to manage the additional flight of stairs. Also the stove broke while I was there. Every time I turned it on, it blew a fuse in the apartment. A technician came out right away and advised they would have to replace it. So this prevented me from cooking, however the food in Naples is so good and affordable, that it wasn't the end of the world ;-)

在这里度过的时光让我们对那不勒斯的印象非常好，如果下次再来我们还会预定这里。
Pro: 地理位置非常好，附近有品质很好的超市，离地铁站和一些景点都不远。 楼上的床不会太软，睡得很舒服。提供了足够的浴巾和洗浴用品。接待我们的工作人员也很热情。
Contro: 我们晚上开窗通风的话会很凉快，不需要开空调。但是希望能增加纱窗，否则蚊子咬人。
