Pro: Posizione centralissima, appartamento grande e luminoso, gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff.

Contro: Mancavano gli asciugamani grandi per la doccia.

Pro: Appartamento ampio e luminoso che si trova nel bellissimo edificio d'epoca, adiacente alla meravigliosa e monumentale Galleria Umberto I . Si affaccia, con ben 3 balconi ed un terrazzo, su una delle zone più belle di Napoli, piazza di Palazzo Reale e Piazza del Plebiscito. Con la sua posizione centrale è perfetto per poter visitare, a piedi, alcune tra le principali attrazioni della città: il Maschio Angioino, Palazzo Reale, via Toledo ed i Quartieri Spagnoli ed arrivare in 10 minuti al Lungomare Caracciolo. Appartamento fornito di una cucina attrezzata, bagno pulito con ampia doccia e camere spaziose e affrescate.

Contro: L'ascensore a pagamento (20 centesimi) nei giorni feriali.

Beautiful apartment and perfect location

Pro: Absolutely beautiful inside and the perfect location. Loved it. Our host was so helpful and welcoming. We loved this apartment with its balconies and outside seating. We would recommend if you are coming to Naples as it is so perfect for visiting the city.

Amazing apartment in the heart of Naples

Pro: The apartment is very beautiful and very big located in amazing building Galleria Umberto I right in the center of Naples near main attractions and famous streets with lots of shops, bars and restaurants also the port with ferries to Capri, Ischia,… and the airport shuttle bus station are only 10min of walk away. We were there at time when Gigi d’Allessio had concerts “Uno come te” at Piazza del Plebiscito and was amazing, we were able to enjoy and watch concerts every night from our balcony, really amazong. It has beautiful old furnishing, high ceilings, 4 balconies and a big terrace to enjoy evenings. The owner Mr. Orazio was very kind and also let us leave our luggage the last day till 4pm after our check out was at 10:30am. We will return for sure!!!

Beautiful apartment, great location!

Pro: We loved our stay at Appartamento sul Teatro San Carlo. It was a really cool apartment with lots of character, beautiful art. There was plenty of space for my family of five and the beds were very comfortable. Location was great with so many cafes, restaurants, and shops. Naples was having a horrible heat wave... so thankful for the air conditioning especially when sleeping at night. Stefano was an excellent host! We were very happy everything!

Pro: Formidable appartement bourgeois, spacieux et confortable, situé sur une place centrale de la ville, en face du Théâtre San Carlo et du Palazzo Reale. Parquet superbe, haut plafond des deux chambres sublimé par des peintures classiques, hôte formidablement sympathique, proximité à la fois des quartiers de la via Chiaia et des quartiers espagnols, du Gambinus et de son voisin et concurrent plus modeste, que nous avons préféré ! Excellente literie ! Notre hôte a pu rapidement régler un problème d'eau chaude le lendemain de notre arrivée !

Contro: L'échafaudage installé pour la réfection de l'église attenante aurait pu être mentionné dans l'annonce. Terrasse non utilisable en l'état. Se renseigner serait utile si vous comptez profiter de ce bel endroit.
