Pro: Ottima accoglienza dei poprietari e la ristrutturazione dell'appartamento.

Contro: La posizione era un po' scomoda pr risalire dal centro perchè tutta in salita e l'appartamento era poco luminoso ed arioso avendo poche e piccole finestre ed essendo posizionato nel vicolo.

Pro: Come posizione direi che è ottima con due bambine 8 e 5 anni e più un neonato con passeggino abbiamo girato quasi tutto napoli a piedi per essere nei quartieri spagnoli è abbastanza tranquillo

Pro: La posizione dell'appartamento, nonché la pulizia e la cordialità della signora Nunzia . Siamo arrivati oltre l'orario del check-in,la signora ci ha aspettato e ci ha dato tutto il suo supporto per metterci a nostro agio, donandoci molte informazioni utilissime per il nostro soggiorno. Anche nel momento del chech-out ci ha lasciato l'alloggio a disposizione oltre l'orario consentito, davvero un ottima padrona di casa cordiale e disponibile, ci torneremo sicuramente

Pro: The property is authentically Napoli, literally round the corner from Maradona’s murals. The property has everything you need, we even used the washing machine. Didn’t bother cooking as you are near loads of food/restaurants! Property quirky! The staff was amazing she was so polite and very accommodating nothing was too much, on arrival made sure we had a drink of water as we had lugged cases! Air con was a bonus as there is no way we would have slept as it was so hot! This is excellent value for money the property is clean and well kept. We felt safe due to the door and camera at entrance and also the local nonnas keep an eye out and are very welcoming!!

Contro: So, as you are in the middle of a community it’s noisy and lively, across is a small business and its busy! I had read the reviews l took ear plugs that done the job and we slept great! It hasn’t put it off returning at all so much so we will be rebooking!!

Contro: There was nothing about the accommodation I didn't like . Do note that the accommodation is at the top of a steep 10 minute climb on a hill - again its not the hill which is the issue but the ground is the original very old pavement stone - so suitcases with wheels find it difficult to move up and down - so just a warning - you may be better to approach the accommodation from \

Pro: Está completo, agradable, dispone de todo lo esencial. Aire acondicionado que nos ha permitido dormir perfectamente a pesar de las noches calurosas.

Contro: Todo bien. Cabe señalar, aunque nosotros ya lo sabíamos, que precisas caminar por las empinadas cuestas del barrio español: no ha sido un inconveniente para nosotros, pero es necesario tenerlo en cuenta para aquellas persona que tengan problemas de movilidad o viajen con niños pequeños.

Modern és felszerelt, egy nagyon nyüzsgő helyszínen.

Pro: A kommunikáció gördülékeny volt. A szállasadó még az az utazás előtt összekötött egy taxisofőrrel, aki várt ránk a repülőtéren. Ez nagyon sokat segített. Nunzia várt minket a kulccsal, legközelebb távozáskor találkoztunk, de közben is volt kapcsolat. Egy nyüzsgő helyszínen, a Spanyol negyedben van. Mindent nagyon hamar elértünk. A szállás felszerelt, rendezett, klimatizált.

Contro: A szállás a Spanyol negyed tetején van, tehát sokat kell partnak felfelé sétálni. Hangos, mert közvetlenül a szállás előtt járnak a robogósok, szóval aki csendben szeret lenni, azoknak semmiképp sem ajánlom. Nekünk egy kicsit sötét volt a szállás, de ott minden lakás ilyen. Összeségében nagyon szerettünk ott lenni.
