Pro: Appartamento molto spazioso, con ascensore, pulito, due bagni (doccia e vasca), tanti letti e tutte le comodità, compresa una cucina attrezzata: insomma tutto perfetto. Posizione comodissima, in pieno centro, con la metropolitana raggiungibile a due passi e tutti i principali punti di interesse facilmente accessibili.

Pro: La posizione in centro città, con fermata metro molto vicina e in una zona tranquilla
Contro: L'alloggio è confortevole, ha due bagni (anche se uno con vasca al posto della doccia) ma nel complesso la qualità degli arredi potrebbe essere migliorata

Muy buena estancia
Pro: Me gustó sobre todo la buena localización que tenía y lo limpio y espacioso que estaba el apartamento. Fuimos 7 personas y no tuvimos problemas de espacio.
Contro: Quizás el sofá cama sería mejorable y la ducha del baño en suite del dormitorio un poco pequeña. El colchón un poco bastante blando, la cama sonaba bastante.

Insgesamt eine sehr sehr angenehme Reise
Pro: Die Lage nah am Hafen Porto di Massa, nah an an Buslinien und der Metro Linie 1, jeweils in 1 bis 2 min zu Fuß zu erreichen, Blick übers Dach zum Vesuv, ein Supermarkt und mehrere Cafes ganz nah, perfekt. Das Appartment sehr groß, 2 Schlafzimmer,, 2 Bäder, großer Wohnraum, klimatisiert, was will man mehr. Und allein für diesen netten kleinen,wunderbaren, alten aber zuverlässigen Lift zahlt sich die Buchung aus.
Contro: Leider Fluglärm ab etwa 7h, in der Küche fehlt ein wenig Ausstattung wie eine Kaffeemaschine für mehr Kaffee als nur 1 Tasse und ein Nudelsieb.

Pro: Super lokalizacja do zwiedzania, blisko do metra, portu i dworca. Niedaleko piekarnia z wyśmienitymi wypiekami, fajne lokalne knajpki i dobrze zaopatrzony sklep spożywczy. Budynek czysty z windą. Apartament duży, przestronny z wygodnymi łóżkami i klimatyzacją. Zarządca przekazuje klucze informując szczegółowo o warunkach wynajmu. Dobry kontakt przez WhatsApp. Polecam 😉

Pro: Great location just a short walk from Napoli Centrale. Perfect to walk out and venture around the city.
Contro: Not really something I didn’t like, but the mattresses were very hard. Which as someone with back issues was actually great, but is something individuals may want to know ahead of time.

It is good apartment for the value.
Pro: Excellent location in the center. The apartment is quiеt (there is no street's noise), modern, clean. The beds are pretty comfortable, including the sofa-bed. Equipped kitchen.
Contro: - Missing seat on one of toilets. - Missing а microwave and а kitchen cutting board. - During our stay we found out some defects in bathrooms - the owner managed to repair them on next day, but it would be better if the managing company be able to verify in advance that the property's facilities are functioning well. - Several days before our stay, we asked the property to provide us with two blankets for one of double beds and we received refusal. Eventually this issue was managed, but only during the checking-in.
