Ottima posizione
Pro: Posizione ottima, a fianco del Maschio Angioino ed esattamente di fronte alla fermata della metro. Appartamento pulito, ristrutturato di recente e molto ampio.
Contro: Il bagno è veramente sacrificato per un appuntamento di quelle dimensioni, la camera da letto era enorme, ma il bagnetto sarà stato 1.5x2m. Inoltre nella doccia si fatica a tenere la temperatura giusta, l acqua è sempre o troppo calda o un po' troppo fredda. L'appartamento è al 3 piano senza ascensore. lo sapevamo perché era scritto nella descrizione, ma lo stabile è abbastanza datato e ha soffitti molto alti perciò 3 piani è come se fossero 4 o 5, farli con le valigie ti ammazza. Altra cosa sojo il check in e il check out... al check in arriva una nail von le istruzioni e trovi la chiave nel Locker con combinazione, non prima delle ore 16.00. Non c è possibilità di lasciare i bagagli se arrivi prima. Uguale al Checkout, da fare entro le 10.00 ma nessuna possibilità di lasciare i bagagli. Per fortuna di fronte c'è un hotel che fa anche servizio deposito bagagli a pagamento

Pro: Appartamento bello, pulito e funzionale al terzo piano senza ascensore. Appena ristrutturato. Arredi nuovi e completi. Posizione comodissima al centro (di franco al maschio angioino). Materasso matrimoniale molto comodo, come anche il divano letto. Poco rumoroso nonostante la via centrale. Consigliato!

Pro: Ambiente di grande eleganza, pulito e centralissimo e con le luci soffuse anche molto romantico. Io e la mia compagna abbiamo trascorso una notte meravigliosa a due passi da tutto

La posizione perfetta
Pro: La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica per visitare la città: le attrazioni principali come monumenti, ristoranti e il bellissimo lungomare sono raggiungibili a piedi. In ogni caso è possibile raggiungere anche posti più decentrati in quanto i mezzi di trasporto come metro o autobus sono praticamente sotto l’appartamento . La struttura è nuovissima ed arredata con gusto, molto pulita.
Contro: Nulla.

Lavorare da turista!
Pro: Soggiornato per motivi di lavoro, devo riconoscere che la struttura è posizionata alla grande,Centralissima! Nonostante il soggiorno breve ho potuto cmq godere della bella Napoli, dopo cena in 2 minuti a piedi ho raggiunto la splendida piazza del Plebiscito. Ottima anche la postazione lavorativa con scrivania dedicata che mi ha consentito di completare le mie attività lavorativa in grande comfort. Considerando la mia alimentazione ho apprezzato tantissimo anche la presenza di una cucina completa.

Pro: Struttura accogliente, pulita e centralissima. Tutto nuovissimo e curato nei minimi dettagli. Incantevole la veduta sul Maschio Angioino, fermata della metro sotto casa. Molto apprezzato, nelle nostre pause, l'angolo snack, ricco di dolcetti di vario tipo, caffè, e Tisane. Ci torneremo!

Excellent apartment and location
Pro: Modern, clean apartment, located in the city center close to all the sights, including the port (to Capri for example). In the immediate vicinity are a metro station (to the Central Station), AliBus station (to the airport), restaurants, shops, supermarket. The pictures correspond to reality. Efficient correspondence with the host (especially since, I don't know why, I didn't receive the email with the instructions via booking - I spoke with the host by phone and he resent the instructions via WhatsApp)
Contro: The previous negative comments are correct, but for us they were not a problem (I'm looking for solutions, not complaints...): - many stairs (equivalent to a 4-5th floor), but we are mountaineers :) - fluctuating water pressure/temperature. The cause is the fluctuating cold water pressure, which leads to the external gas boiler turning on/off. Solution: while taking a shower, also turn on the hot water from the sink to maximum - the water temperature in the shower will no longer fluctuate - very hard pillows - I used a small decorative pillow in a pillowcase, the rest of the family used the large ones and did not complain - in our case one of the TVs did not work - it was not a problem, fortunately there are 2 TVs in the apartment and we don't really use TV except for 1 hour in the room in the morning and evening, respectively, to watch news

Pro: The apartment itself was really lovely and with the windows closed it blocked out all the noise. It was also really close to the cruise port which made it really easy for us to meet up with our tours.
Contro: The bathroom was a little small and the shower had some drainage issues.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!
Pro: It was so big and spacious, a great view, and in a great location!! A lot of stairs, but we didn’t mind!! We managed to explore everywhere from here, and felt safe, it’s right opposite a metro station, next door to a restaurant, and a short walk to every where else!
Contro: The pillows were very hard, and the shower wasn’t very good, either too hot or too cold, difficult to get an in between and both shower heads weren’t very powerful, but the smaller head shot water out at all angles and only had about 3 streams of water! The bathroom tap also didn’t get hot at all

Beautiful apartment in a great location.
Pro: For us it was an excellent location - close to the port for tours, close to public transport and plenty of places to eat in close proximity. The apartment is very spacious and beautifully decorated, with a nice view out to the castle and the balcony is great for getting a bit of fresh air or just watching the world go by in the street below. It was very easy to gain access to the apartment with straight forward instructions.
Contro: Lots of stairs with no lift to assist with heavy luggage. The water is very slow to drain in the shower recess, had to turn off the shower a few times to allow water to drain, otherwise it may have overflowed.
