Ottima esperienza!

Pro: La casa è in ottima posizione, ben arredata e confortevole

Consigliato per vivere la meravigliosa Napoli

Pro: L'appartamento è molto carino, curato, pulito e anche se piccolo per due persone va più che bene. Ottima la posizione, in un quartiere vivo, vicino alle metropolitane, ma non troppo rumoroso, si dorme bene.

Contro: Purtroppo è stato difficoltoso fare la doccia, perché si allagava il bagno, ma sono sicura che verrà sistemato. L'unico consiglio visto che c'è una macchina per fare il caffè sarebbe gradito trovare almeno un paio di cialde per la colazione.

Pro: Un grazie speciale ad Amalia, con la sua professionalità, disponibilità e simpatia ha reso stupendo il mio, già fantastico, soggiorno in uno dei posti più caratteristici di Napoli. Specialmente a capodanno. L'ambiente è molto pulito e con mio stupore, vista la vicinanza con la strada, silenzioso. Consiglio vivamente. Giampaolo.

Great little find!

Pro: The decor was great, very modern. It was in a great position within the historical centre, with lots of bars & restaurants within less than a 10 minutes walk.

Contro: The bathroom was a little bit on the small side - was difficult to get in & out the shower! There is also a sign regarding putting your rubbish in the bins but these were nowhere to be seen.

Cosy and affordable would 100% recommend booking!

Pro: The location was key, very central to all the attractions in Naples, the bed was super comfy, and the coffee machine was a lovely touch for a morning brew before starting your day (coffee pods were supplied by host). Overall, the interior, facilities, and vibe of the accommodation was 10/10. The host was excellent and very responsive, I would recommend and return in the future!

Contro: There are a few small improvements that could be implemented by host, supply of garbage bags for disposal of rubbish would be helpful and there was a bucket of cleaning supply's for this accommodation, however the ‘soap’ supplied for the dishes that remained on top of the sink was actually ‘floor cleaner’ once I googled the translation in english. Outwith these minor cannot fault it.

Great apartment for a stay in Napoli

Pro: The location of the apartment is great, it’s in the middle of a lively neighbourhood, next door to supermarkets, public transport, and the lively city centre is all just a 5 min walk away. Also, the bed was comfortable, there was good air conditioning, wifi was good, and everything was clean! The accommodation is a great option if you’re staying in Napoli!

Contro: The equipment in the kitchen was quite simple. For example, we did not have basic things such as a cutting board, a proper cutting knife, or even a tea towel. Also the pans and pots were really small for cooking meals for 2 people. The apartment is quite small and dark, which means that throughout the day, barely any daylight gets in. This is not particularly a critique, but just something to be aware of when booking :)

Great location, cute and cost but a few downsides

Pro: Great location, very cute and cost feel. Host responded quickly and explained everything well. Kitchen is small but has most things that you need to cook basic meals

Contro: Very noisy between the bikes going past and people out on the street talking. You can here everything. The street lights also shine through the window at night and there are no blinds so it is very bright and hard to sleep. The toilet didn’t flush while we were there. The host did try to get someone in to fix it but they weren’t available unfortunately so that was a bit of a inconvenience. A few of the PowerPoints also didn’t work.

Excellent stay

Pro: Very central little town house close to all amenities ie, metro,bus,taxi restaurants

Contro: Bathroom is a little on the small side but for only five days was ok. And mopeds are a bit noisy at night but as your in the centre of the city I suppose it’s to be expected

Very nice place

Pro: It was very cozy and clean, and the bed was especially comfortable. Big plus for the coffee machin and fridge, very useful ! The AC worked great and fast. The location was great if you're visiting around. The communication through WhatsApp before and during the trip was a big help too. Totally recommend this place to stay. Contro: The bathroom was really very small, not an issue for the shower, but the toilets are really not practical to use if you have long legs. The equipment that come with the flat was great, but it was missing stuff to clean the dishes (dishes soap and a cloth to dry the dishes). If you stay for a long time it's normal to buy them yourself, but if you're there for a couple of days only it's not very practical not to have them. We had to use body soap and one bathroom towel for them. It was missing an extra blanket for the bed, I got cold after a couple of days and realized there was nothing else to add. There was a light outside in the street very strong during the night, take a eyes-mask if you need total darkness to sleep.

We would be more than happy to stay at Basso Re again on our next visit to Napoli.

Pro: Very professional, kind and reliable hosts, beatiful studio avaited us with a bottle of wine, capsules of delicious coffee and a coffe machine, loads of fresh towels, heating and air conditioning. The studio is very neat and lovely, we had a great rest after days of adventuring around Napoli. The hosts were always available by phone and very helpful with valuable information about the city. We warmly recommend the stay at Il Basso Re.
