Pro: Appartamento pulito e confortevole. Vittorio è stato molto disponibile e gentile nell'accoglierci nonostante il nostro ritardo.

Contro: Linea metropolitana che chiude alle 15.00 Ma questa non è colpa vostra.

Eccellente

Pro: La lavastoviglie, la lavatrice, bollitore, forno, frigo tutti top. terrazzo grande. esposizione finestre su due lati. Superdoccia ampia, bagno nuovo.cucina nuova... tutto nuovo. Stazioni M6 vicine. stazione Mergellina vicina. supermercato vicino. Portierato.

Contro: Letto matrimoniale largo meno di 160. Parcheggio a 35 euro die, anche se però era 24h su 24. Non intaccano l'ottima esperienza.

Pro: Bel palazzo, appartamento pulito e spazioso, bellissimo il balcone con salottino.

Contro: Riscaldamento non molto efficiente. Cucina un po’ carente di accessori, mancanza di forno a microonde

Pro: Federica è stata molto disponibile. Il locale, visibilmente ristrutturato da poco, è molto bello e pulito, e ci sono davvero tutti i confort.

Spacious clean apartment in great location

Pro: Very spacious and clean apartment that is in a convenient location close to Mergellina train station. There is an excellent supermarket 5 minutes walk away. We stayed at this apartment last year, and we liked it so much that we returned again this year. We love this apartment, BUT please see the feedback about the kitchen.

Contro: When we stayed here last year, we gave feedback saying that the kitchen lacked many important basic items. Unfortunately, one year later, the situation is exactly the same!! There is no chopping knife, no chopping board, no glasses to drink from, no microwave, no coffee maker, no pan for the oven (so it's impossible to use the oven), no oven glove or tea towel, and only one very small frying pan that is too small to cook for 2 people. The kitchen lacks other basic items as well. We already gave this feedback one year ago, and the situation has not changed, which is disappointing.

Brilliantly located apartment, quiet but so well connected

Pro: Location was great, good aircon, light and airy, high ceilings, outdoor space, period features

Contro: No wine glasses, no tea towel

Pro: Beautiful apartment, new and clean. Very safe with door man.

Contro: Pay 10 cents to use the elevator . Intercom doesn’t work. Need to come down each time to open to my friend

Pleasant vacation, good apartment in good location

Pro: Great location. Nice clean rooms. Spacious. Nice balcony.

Contro: The kitchen lacked several basic items. For example, there was only one SMALL frying pan (too small to cook for 2 people). Also, there were no tea towels, no oven glove, no chopping knife, no chopping board, nothing to use to cook food in the oven, no microwave oven, no coffee maker, etc. It was therefore very difficult to cook anything in the apartment.

Pro: Lovely modern accommodation with great facilities. Great location with easy access to areas. Loved the balcony and overall look. Host was great and friendly and always available.

Contro: Wifi didn't work well and paying for the elevator. Would be nice to have small basics on arrival coffee/milk (refilled)

Bardzo udany pobyt. Wszyscy wrócili zadowoleni i szczęśliwi :-)

Pro: Lokalizacja. Blisko do plaży oraz do komunikacji publicznej - autobus, metro, pociąg. Jak się już pozna jak funkcjonuje, to łatwo dostać się w każdy zakątek Neapolu. Apartament przestronny, nawet dla 4 osób. Sąsiedzi mili i uprzejmi, chętni z pomocą, mimo różnic językowych.

Contro: - brak informacji o opłatach za windę - 10centów. Dobrze, że osoba, która przekazała klucze, dała na start parę monet. - drzwi w bramie wejściowej. To nie są drzwi tylko dziupla. Osoby z dziećmi/wózkami lub dużych rozmiarów, muszą wziąć pod uwagę przeciskanie się przez nie. Często się czułem jak Ace Ventura wychodzący z d...y nosorożca :-). Gdy jest portier to cała brama jest otwarta, i nie ma problemu. - darmowe kosmetyki - mowa tu o dwóch saszetkach szamponu oraz 2 małe mydełka
